The skimmer acts as a filter skimming debris from the ponds surface whereas the pumps sole purpose is to move water between your various filters, fountains, or waterfall features. If you get this pump you will still want some kind of filtration, be it a skimmer or a flat box filter. Question:	Is this pump appropriate for a fountain, 6-8' geyser? (Higher PSI?) Lift is only about 8" from the water to nozzle
Answer:	Why do you need this for a car stereo? Is there a beed to stabilaze the voltage? If so it has no negative effect.

Answer:	Hi, so there is alot going on in that question. I shall try to help. First, are you sure your ground is good? Before thinking about the + side you must verify if you have a perfect ground. I would use a slightly larger gauge ground than the positive wires. Go straight to a main bracket under the dash. Sand the area first the drill a hole and sink a self-tapping screw. Now, get an add-a-fuse and connect to a fuse you know is hot even with the car off. Connect that to your input power of this unit and connect your previously installed ground wire to input ground. Your newer head units come with a wire that you hook to the ignition wire so the radio goes on and off with the vehicle. If you want that option follow your install instructions. IF you still have issues you propably have a short inside the head unit.

Answer:	I think it's ~100 gph lost per ft. Of elevation on average. And assume 100gph for each 90 degree bend in the piping. Most pumps have a max head preasure rating. Call danner. They have great customer service.

Answer:	I have been using this inverter to power a fridge, microwave and a CPAP since April 2018 with out a single issue until around August, four months later it started to shut down and give me a fault warning and I would have to reset it almost every time I use the microwave. So, YES I don’t think it was built to last! However, you should consider also the possibility that you might have poor connection somewhere.

Answer:	Yes, but not at the same time. Keep in mind, that aside from the inverter, the cables and battery must also be adequately sized to power these devices
Question:	Does it have an adapter for a 1 1/2 inch hose
Answer:	I Just tested mine for you, it has a .5 (1/2) amp no load draw on it. It's not a lot but it is enough to drain my truck battery over a 24 hour period, I know this because I forgot to shut it off a few weeks back, and there was no load on it. I do wish the unit would have some type of an auto off feature, but it doesn't. Regardless of that it works very well. I have used it on a 700 watt microwave on a long trip and have used it with my desalt salzaw. It has been a great inverter so far and I would recommend it. So far the pure sine wave inverter here has worked well, puting all of my modified sine wave inverters in my garage sale.
