Answer:	Hi, The Data Hold function is used for taking measurements when you are unable to view the display. When turned on by holding down the power button then pressing the left arrow button, It will freeze the current readings until the hold mode is turned off. One example might be if you were taking an airflow reading of a vent above your viewing angle.

Question:	Can we measure Humidity with this tool
Answer:	This meter is set up to tell you its time to recalibrate. In the bottom right corner there will be a pH symbol with a check mark beside it. about every 5-6 weeks (I think) The check mark will disappear (this may vary with usage) that means its time to recalibrate. You have to look for it but you get used to it. If you are late noticing this, it wont hurt as long as you don't wait for months on months without calibrating. This pen holds its calibration well. But it does best when you keep it in the storage solution that is made for it by Bluelab. I prefer this pen over all others of similar price. I have found it to be very dependable.
Question:	is it waterproof
Answer:	The meter should read the pH on the standard, assuming that it was mixed exactly right. There really is no difference between 4.00 and 4.01.

Answer:	the calibrated range of the ph.7 and ph4.0 buffers is .5 degrees accrurate...I have used this equipment for years and find it to be great...have not used the 10.1 buffer solution in food processes...but will tell you this equipment is very reliable...

Answer:	Yes, as long as it is tested beneath 122F degrees, and ideally at room temperature. Be sure to clean/rinse thoroughly after use.
Question:	Does it show direction of wind
Answer:	I would not submerge the whole meter in solution. Only the bottom 1 inch to extend the life. If accidentally dropped in water and quickly removed likely ok. I try to only put in the probe on all my meters.
Question:	Is the data downloadable to computer
Answer:	You don't need to store the probe with a storage solution, just wipe it clean with a clean towel and store it. It is recommended that you calibrate it according to the instructions when you use it the next time if the interval is too long.

Answer:	No contrast adjustment that I know of but there is a back light. But there is a back light that might help. Check your battery. It is a bit sensitive to your viewing angle so hold it directly in line with your eyes. But I repeat, check your battery.

Question:	What is the accuracy of the altitude measurement
Answer:	It comes with calibration powders in the box. You just mix those with distilled water and you have 250ml mixes of calibration solutions to use. That will last forever.
Question:	How fast does it respond to slight changes in wind speed
Answer:	No. You can use it right now you get it. And when it meets problems, you need to make calibration.
Question:	Is it easy to use? No time for a manual in a storm
Answer:	I don't recall about the warranty. I can however speak to the ease of use, reliability, and the fact that i am very happy with the meter. I have had it for over a year now. The temperature prob is great and the pH meter is easy to calibrate.
Question:	What should be displayed when i choose the min setting? nothing seems to happen. doesn't show the min wind speed or the min temperature
Answer:	I have also seen tap water used for rinsing. In fact the calibration video on the Milwaukee site show the man using tap water for rinse.
