Answer:	Personally, I would not put in direct sun, but I live in Florida. BUT, our SECOND one just gave out after about a month of use. It was outside in a screened room, in the shade., never got it wet. Attempted to reach Seller but got no response. I do not plan to replace it with the same one.

Answer:	I put it outside on a patio wall. After just 3 short months,the dials for the clock and thermometer can not work correctly. If you're looking for an outdoor clock, I would not recommend this one.

It seems to still be very accurate, and that says a lot, considering we live just south of St. Louis, which is known for it's hot and humid summer days!

Question:	Has anyone tested the accuracy of the thermometer? Perhaps against another thermometer
Answer:	Can't really help here, as the clock Amazon sent me was in Celsius. I have a remote outdoor therm on my patio table which is in Farenheit which reads inside the house so don't want to convert temp from metric. I would advise (if you live in the U.S.) that you ask Amazon if they have a version in F. Also, make sure you hang clock in shaded place for accuracy in temp readings.

Answer:	Not that I hv found--just the usual battery movement with wheel to set time. Have had mine couple of months & seems to stay accurate. But be aware as I mentioned in my initial review, the temperature dial is in Celsius! (maybe I just got one from a lot Amazon got meant for the Canadian market?). Kept it anyway. Nice looking, durable--I dropped it when wiping it off--no harm done.

Answer:	Don't remember. This clock did not hold up well. It stopped working after 2 seasons. Good luck.

Answer:	Mine isn't either. It isn't even really close. It reads over 90* when it is about 75*. I messed with it and have not been able to change mine. The company says the two little screws on the back adjust it. To me they are not even screws. If you can figure it out. Let me know but I don't believe there is a way. Very disappointing.

Answer:	The colors depicted in the pictures are 100% accurate. Please note that the burl and travertine models just recently added to this line, therefore there are not many reviews of these models.

Answer:	Unfortunately, mine never worked. The sellers were more than helpful by refunding my money being as though it was out of stock and could not be exchanged. It's a really nice quality clock. Looks like authentic stone. I believe it could withstand the heat but not in direct sunlight. Hot dry air is one thing, but that AZ sun is something else. I hope this was helpful.
Question:	Is this clock waterproof, and will it work in freezing temperatures? I want to hang it on my fence
Answer:	We have it hanging on our deck railing - we've had lots of rain recently, but only 3 days of below freezing temps at night. However it's still running great - can't guarantee it will thru the rest of the winter (we are in PA) but so far so good. It is very attractive, we love it.

Answer:	Yes, it has a clear plastic lens the full diameter of the clock. The two large black rings and numbers sit on top of the flat plastic lens. The white background goes accross the entire diameter too. It is a lovely clock, and easy to read, for the money. The temperature guage is handy, used in a room we heat with a wood stove.
Question:	Is it silent or can you hear it tick

Question:	Does the face have glass or plastic covering it
Answer:	Looks like glass, but when I tapped it, appears to be plastic or acrylic. I love it.
Question:	How do I adjust the humidity so it reads correctly? Currently it says the humidity is 61%, but it’s actually on 11%. Thank you
Answer:	Ensure the clock is hung in a sheltered location for accurate temperature and humidity readings. Also make sure the AA batteries you're using are working efficiently.
