Question:	Can pets splash the water out of the fountain
Answer:	My dog and cat occasionally get into this fountain. This causes it to fall off its base, then it splashes a bit and said culprit, runs off!! This has happened a dozen or so times and the fountain is still like new. I use fake candles because of this, they work fine. My husband says he has caught the dog drinking from it too! This is ok because I dont use any of the water conditioner as this fountain needs to be refilled about twice a week, even without the help of the dog. We had it outside this summer on the deck, in those conditions it needs water everyday.
Question:	I read there is a gasket you can pull out to get more sound. Does anyone know where and how to get it out
Answer:	It is inside the tube that you attach the pump to. I pulled it out with tweezers and it does make more water noise that way but is still very quiet.
Question:	I have had other resin fountains that get stained with calcium and then the paint or outer layer peels or erodes away. How well do these hold up
Answer:	I've had it for about five months. I do not run it continuously but a few hours per week. There's been no calcium build up or peeling paint at this point.

Question:	Cute little fountain. I have no instructions. How do you fill it so it will prime the pump
Answer:	It should be work. To attach the screws, it depends on the distance from exterior wall to the screws. If your window track or inside sill is wooden, you don't need to drill. For hard material, you have to drill guide hole.
Question:	Is it SAFE/OK? to put the LED wiring inside in the water? Is that how it is meant to be used
Answer:	If you are sure about the filling in gap above will work fine, this bracket will work for your window. Also make sure your window sill meet the requirement as Product Description. After you place ac unit on the bracket, sliding your window to clamp the ac unit would be better.

Answer:	There is a little panel on the back that slides off. OR you can pour water into the front of the waterfall until you get the flow you want.

Answer:	Not a lot of detailed instructions come with this. My biggest mistake was not connecting the pump tube! Once I figured that out (no instructions) it has worked beautifully. I add about 1/2 cup of water to the basis every 3-4 days.

Answer:	no, the lights are already the clear bluish color--like the headlights that are now outlawed in Tennessee-a clear white with a blue tint

Answer:	I tried it in the master suite sitting area open to my bedroom, so it was perhaps more than 20ft away rather than 10 from the bed. That distance difference is a big difference, might be too loud were it closer. The sound was excellent to me, not too loud, not too quiet. However, the carpet was a concern for me, risk of occasional spray and drip that would over time do unseen damage. So we moved it to our office on hardwood floor downstairs, with the clothes washer basin. May seem like a lot of trouble, but it is so beautiful to see and hear, it was worth the bother. We rarely do see an occasional splash of a few drops has escaped the controlled area, but it is a simple wipe up and it has no opportunity to soak into a carpet.

Question:	I need to replace my pump. What is the replacement for this fountain? It also needs to connect to the lights
Answer:	I know what a Conure is and this is way too small. would disappoint you. It makes a puddle about the size of half a hard boiled egg at the bottom. I think a Conure would put something in that would get into the cavity where the engine sits and plug it up. I have lizards and the occasional cricket would get in and jam up the works, so I had to add a screen over the little pool. Wish I had not bothered. Get a cat drinking fountain for your bird and sit it in a larger pan with some more water in the bottom and I think your bird could bathe and also play in the bubbling part

Answer:	You cannot regulate the speed of the water. But when you plug it in it starts the waterfall. If it seems too small add a little more water and it will flow perfectly! The sound is very soothing and I love it!

Answer:	Hello,You just need to make sure the pump is connected to the flexible tubing and placed in the back reservoir and all of the cords for the lights can be in the back as well as they are water proof. Then you just need to fill with water but make sure you have the pump completely submersed in water and plug the pump into an electrical outlet. Sometimes it does take 5-10 minutes for all of the air to get out of the tubing but after that, it should be good to go!Thanks!

Where is power cord or place to plug in the three lights all

Answer:

I dont empty any of my outside fountains in winter. I have 4 outside fountains. However, I live in Califonia and where I live doesnt get that cold. I would think it depends if you live where you get freezing temps. The water in the bottom could freeze and crack or break the fountain at the base. So depends on the temperatures where you live. The water bubling over the fountain wont freeze because its moving water but the water in the base is still. That would freeze. Hope that helps
