Answer:	My plan to solve this is to attach another “docking station” (Dyson part number 970011-01) to the backside of the tower to hold the second battery to be able to keep it charged & with all the other parts in one location. Answer:	To raise or lower the Liberty EZPOLE, simply twist the pole sections in opposite directions to lock and secure your pole. To engage the "No Drop Posi-Lock" on each section of the 21-Feet Liberty, hold the lower pole still while turning the upper pole clockwise until the arrows line up with the button hole on the lower pole. Once the button snaps into position, turn the upper pole back counter clockwise to lock the sections. Repeat for the all the sections. To lower the pole, disengage the button and turn the upper pole of each section clockwise.

Answer:	I do not know but I can tell you I live at a high windy elevation and the flagpole has been up almost two years and it looks as good as the first day I installed it. This flagpole was well worth the money. One more thing about it is the flag never gets tangled no matter how windy it gets. The pole is exceptionally strong

Answer:	This answer relates to the Defender "No wrap" swivel and button system w/o a truck and rope setup. There are two swivel sleeves included with the flagpole kit. When half staff is required the top grommet loop of the flag is removed from the top eye swivel and placed on a swivel sleeve. The bottom is already attached to a swivel sleeve. The top swivel sleeve is then lowered until it contacts the steel snap button that is installed on one of the 56 inch sections of the flag pole. It is important that this section is placed appropriately in the middle of the other 56 inch sections as they are assembled. This snap button allows the flag to be in a "half staff" position when needed. Unless you order an extra swivel sleeve, having a second flag flying under the US flag at half staff is not possible. I hope this explains the procedure sufficiently. I enjoy my Defender 21 foot flag pole. When it gets too windy I just remove one section and fly a 17 foot height instead of a 21 foot height.

Question:	do you have to assemble the flag pole
Answer:	None what so ever! Out of box and into the ground! Brilliant design too as it is beautiful AND solves the problem of flags flying off! Will buy one for me soon!

Answer:	30" above ground, 8-1/2" in ground, flag hangs 1-1/2" below top - very nice design and well made - looks like will hold up well

Answer:	Don’t live at coast but it is heavy duty and coated well. Would last longer than others.

Answer:	So far in Central Florida during 30-40 mph thunderstorms it has not wavered.

Question:	Will this fit on the valley forge pole that Costco sells
Answer:	These work great, our flag has not wrapped once since installing. The will fit a 1” diameter pole. If the pole or the current mounts measure 1” diameter it will fit. A larger or smaller diameter pole will not work.
Question:	we have 1 5/8 pole. Do you have product to our pole
Answer:	Did you ever find something that worked? I’m having the same problem.
Question:	Do these clips fit the Costco flag pole
Answer:	My Costco flag pole is 1 1/4” in diameter. Most flag poles are 1” in diameter. They make these in both sizes. Just measure the diameter of your pole and buy the correct one.
Question:	Can these be used on a fiberglass pole
Answer:	I would say yes. As long as the pole diameter 1.25" you should be good. I am using them on a wooden flag pole and they work perfectly.
