Question:	Does this paint dry glossy or is it more of a flat paint? I’m wanting to paint a concrete fountain that has a sculpture of a woman on top
Answer:	This is semi glossy but it is not just a paint, it is an epoxy. It is a thick two part resin that goes on like fiberglass. It will mask some of the intricate details of your sculpture for sure and again, is not meant to be used as a paint as much as for a water sealer.
Question:	how much area does 1.5 quarts cover
Answer:	This depends a little bit on the type of surface. If you have a smooth surface I would say coverage is about 54 square foot. If the surface is porous it will be about 35-40 square foot. this is from my experience with the product.
Question:	I bought a few for large koi pond project tried a pail as per intrctions for mixing and iut set in 10 mins how to prevent early setting of mixture
Answer:	Because Pond Shield is exothermic, heat will effect the cure time. if it is hot outside, the coating will want to cure quicker. The mistake most people will make though is they will mix the Pond Shield and then leave it in the container they mixed it in. Get it out of that container and either pour it into a large flat paint pan or right onto the floor of the water feature you are working on. Answer:	absolutely not; it peeled off after only a few months. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. i followed directions precisely, and now i have a mess and dead fish.
Question:	Will this work on a RV rubber foof
Answer:	When I applied it to my RV it would pull up if not fully dry. Once dry it seemed to stick fine. They make a primer to improve adhesion but I did not use it. I am pretty satisfied with the product, but to get thin coats is not easy without the proper tools (thin nap roller and squeegee) If concerned about sticking to your roof, I'd recommend checking out the primer.

Answer:	You can apply protectant by using lambswool First wipe off all excess product or this may make the shades tacky. Next, apply with lambswool applicator allowing this to sit for ten minutes. When finished wipe off with a rag. Lastly wash the applicators and the rags with warm soapy water and lay outside to dry.
Question:	I want to seal hardi plank siding. adheres to hardi plank installed vertically?...cement type materials

Answer:	Thanks for your question. I went ahead and rounded the side wall height to an even one foot. With this slight change, you have about 37.5 SQFT you need to cover. The 1.5 gallon kit will yield 240 sqft at a 10 mil thickness on a smooth surface. I would recommend purchasing the 1.5 quart instead as that has a 60 sqft yield which will be more than enough for your project even if your surface is fairly rough. Question:	I want to make a duck pond. I have a low area on my property that holds water when it rains. Could i rotatill this in with dirt and will it stay there
Answer:	Tilling the bentonite with soil and then compacting it with a pad foot roller is the recommended method for pond bottom sealing. Depending on the soil type, it will require 2 to 6 pounds per square foot of pond bottom. You may want to look for it in 2,000 lb bulk sacks unless it will be a relatively small pond.
Question:	would this work to make a stock pond
Answer:	Bentonite is used to seal soil for leaking/ or new ponds. Depending on soil type we recommend anywhere from 2-8lbs of bentonite per square foot of pond area. (2-3lbs for good/poor clay, 4-8lbs for sandy soil types). Natural Waterscapes

Answer:	It works beautifully but we did wait for the rock to dry before using.

Answer:	It would but I would assume the products integrity would wear away over time.

Answer:	I wouldn't trust it long- term against water pressure and bacteria, etc. You can buy special pond liner repair tape which is black vinyl with extra sticky waterproof glue.
Question:	will it work on WET surface
Answer:	I believe the surface should be dry and clear of dirt/grease/algae,etc. when it is applied. After it cures it can be wet.

Answer:	yes sometimes I have to angle the nail a bit so it doesn't go to deep in the fiber cement board

Answer:	No not for hardie trim. This coil nailer is for the hardie siding not the trim. The trim needs to be attached with a finish nailer use 3" or 2 1/2" stainless steel or galvanized finish nails. Must use those types only with all hardie products. Others will corrode You need a finish nailer
