Question:	Do you have to assemble this beverage cooler yourself, or is it fully assembled already
Answer:	The cooler "box" itself is obviously one unit, but you will need to assemble the shelf/wheels section and then attach the handles, bottle opener, and cap catcher. I did the entire assembly myself and didn't need to ask my husband to help.
Question:	What is the actual width and depth less the handles and cap holder? I'm not sure if the measurements they list here are total or not
Answer:	30 1/2 X 15 1/2 not counting handles and holder.
Question:	If I were to store this outside on the deck, would it fare ok? Or would I need to bring it inside between uses? Also, how long does ice last
Answer:	I would keep it in the shade whenever possible. As summer has not yet arrived I can't truly answer how well it will fare in direct sunlight. It is Stainless Steel and you can keep it outside between uses in a shady spot. I had another Stainless Steel rolling cart and I would put it in the garage over the winter until then next outdoor party occurrence. Ice will last for several days if it is not in direct hot sunlight. Even when the ice melts it still keeps beverages cold just add some more fresh ice and drain off some of the melted ice that has accumulated.
Question:	How much ice should I buy? (assuming it will also hold about 2 cases worth of beer & sodas
Answer:	Yes 2 20 packs of bottles, or a case of water and a case of beer, we have been very happy with our purchase. I always put a layer in the bottom upright then 20# ice then a layer on it's side indicating what's underneath and top off with ice. Hope this helps!
