I have four filters - each get cleaned after each use: first by hitting it against the trash can wall to get 95% of the dirt/dust, then strong spray of very hot water on both sides (completely soaked saturated); then dry overnight. No degradation of any filter filter cleaned and rinsed out everyday. Air quality in the house hasn't changed.

Answer:	I'm going to say no, because galvalume is just an aluminum-zinc coated steel. I purchased this for chopping 2x4's and trim ripped out of my condo, to bag up and dispose of. There may have been a trim nail or two, but wore out TERRIBLY quick, and I had to buy a lot sturdier, more expensive blade for the work.
Question:	Does it heat the solvent
Answer:	This blade is intended for cutting only soft, non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum) - it is not suitable for ferrous metals, such as steel. If your truck box is aluminum, it should cut OK, although I have not tried it on sheet metal. I bought it to cut up some 1/8" x 1" aluminum bar stock & it does this well.

Answer:	The blade has a 5/8 inch arbor with a diamond knockout. I think that is the industry standard for all circular saws. I used it on a Black & Decker. It is made for industry standard 7 1/4 circular saws. You can measure one of your existing blades if you like but, personally, would not go through the trouble. Assuming your Makita is an industry standard circular saw then yes it will fit. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how easily it cuts.
