Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Answer:	You want to burn excess chemicals before cooking on the surface for the first time. You always season a metal if you’re going to ingest edibles that were cooked on it. I season my grill every time before every bbq. Don’t take my word do the research.

Answer:	The flat top weighs ~40 lbs, but due to the width, would be awkward to move alone, even if you are able to physically lift it alone. I would recommend a 2-person move, only for this reason. I lifted the top by myself, while vertically in the box (when it arrived), but lifting while horizontal would definitely change the weight distribution.

Answer:	I have used my griddle for 2 summers now (it is at my camp) and there are no issues with it at all. I do bring the griddle top home with me for the winter and store it to avoid it getting rusty, but there is no sign of warping at all.

Question:	One burner is getting almost no gas, hoe do you fix it
Answer:	There is typically a proper and improper way (sequence) to turning on & off the stove....I know this sounds silly, but if you don't follow the directions, all will work, but sometimes the gas regulator is thrown off balance and it will keep the full volume of gas possible, from getting to the burners. Typically you can unhook the fuel, let the regulator relax for a few minutes, reconnect, and all should be back up to normal.....it typically happens in the turn off sequence...such as turning off the fuel at the gas bottle/tank level and not turning off the grill with the control knobs first and letting it rest before turning off the gas bottle

Answer:	I don't believe that there is a warranty. I did not read about a warranty in the description nor did I see anything that indicated one when i received the package. I can tell you the it is a very well made and durable cover. It rained yesterday and I checked to make sure that it is waterproof and it held up completely to an all day rain. This cover will not fit your griddle if you have the surround table out, as it is to narrow, but it is perfect for the griddle itself or if you feel like collapsing the surround table when you want to cover. It also comes with an additional piece that you place on the griddle (after completely cooling) that will keep the cover from resting directly on the griddle. It allows for rain pour off. I would recommend.
