Answer:	The handles are very comfortable to me and certainly do not cut into your hands. And my old hands with lack of collagen would be the first to give me pain and let me know not to use them.

Question:	What is the actual width, I see 3 1/2" and 2 7/8" claims. Which is correct
Answer:	You need a thermostat to install it properly - SAFELY. The mats are standard 110 / 120 volt hot & neutral. You could wire it to a switch and the mats will not care. The Tstat's most important role is turning the mats OFF, not on. Without a stat the mats are just going to keep making heat until you turn them off, maybe after the house burns down, maybe not. No switch, timer, photocell...whatever you employ to control the mats is going to take the place of a thermostat for a proper and safe installation. Anything else would be reckless.

Answer:	I laid it right on the tile. Works great.

Answer:	Yes. I did this and it works just fine. I could not find an inexpensive thermostat that would operate properly on such a low load / resistance so I just hard wired with a cut off switch. No problems so far and installed about 6 months?

Answer:	In response to Jason V’s answer.... a 1/4 cup is not 4oz... there are 8oz to a cup. A pour of pancake batter is typically 2oz.

Answer:	I think plastic utensils would be the better choice for non-stick cookware and that this spatula is meant for stainless steel or cast iron pans.

Answer:	When laying on a flat surface, the total length is 12 inches. The handle alone is about 9 inches. The widest diameter of the "bowl" (spoon or ladle) is 3.75 inches. The "bowl" full to the top holds about 3/4 cup (.75 cup). Hope this helps.I apologize for my delay in responding.

Answer:	There is one section of the hose line that has two female ends for pools that have a male intake valve. Perhaps you used that one in error.

Answer:	This pool cleaner works pretty well; I've used them for the last 17 years - and am only on my third, so they last. Also, unlike the Polaris, you do not have to lift the Kreepy Krauly out of the pool to remove the leaves from a net bag; the leaves are sucked up the hose and accumulate in the leaf basket at the pump. The Kreepy Krauly comes with about 24 feet of hose; you take the leaf basket out of one of your skimmers, and the end of the hose goes into the hole - it's held there by the suction. I rarely have to vacuum my pool - the Kreepy Krauly does most of the work - except in the autumn, when there are too many leaves.

Answer:	Yes, it comes with a programmable thermostat and you can set different times for different days of week, and you can program twice a day - so maybe a 3 hour chunk in the morning and other chunk at night.

Answer:	Certainly possible, I am just not sure how well it will work thru that thickness of that stone. I have heard from others that their floor heater gets too hot to use. Mine is set to 76 and it is not hot, just very comfortable to walk on during the cold ohio weather. I have not cranked it up to the high setting which I think is 82. I would think if your granite supplier is familiar with this and say it works, I would have no hesitation that this unit could not do the job.
Question:	Where is the fish spatula made
Answer:	I installed mine directly to the concrete slab and poured a self leveling compound over the top. It works just fine. I think the larger concrete slab acts as a giant heat sink and maybe doesn’t get as warm as it might otherwise and/or takes a little longer to heat up. That said, it works great and gets plenty warm where we actually laid it... in front of the sinks and in front of the shower. If you step off that area you can tell an immediate difference and I wish we’d put down a little more than we did.
