| Answer: | Hmm, I would say yes, quite easily, depending on the length I suppose. My house had these as a kid. I picked up pretty good sized logs with them. I was a pretty strong rural boy, there is little limitation with these, they open large if need be. The only real limit is, can you pick it up. I loved this tool so much I bought as an adult, I am 61 years old. I use it as a really strong grabber....I do not have a fireplace, but I do like bonfires....... |

| Answer: | I use it in the oven never tried it on the grill and I just use soap and water to clean it . But there are a few stains that I can’t remove which is fine by me. |

| Answer: | I clean mine this way - leave it in the oven until completely cool. The next day is good. Clean by hand in the sink with hot water and dish soap. I use a scrub brush. Always remember to heart it in the oven as the oven heats. No germs will be left by the time you put the pizza on it. |

| Answer: | As others have said, put lots of corn meal or semolina flour on the peel before the dough is placed on it. Quickly prepare the pizza (e.g. in less than 5 minutes) and gently lift the edges of the dough before sliding off onto the hot stone. |

That's because the stone is heat-resistant to 800° and distributes heat evenly without hot spots, which mimics the conditions of a traditional brick pizza oven. Besides using the stone for pizza, it's also great for serving warm bagels, toast, waffles, tortillas, and more. The ceramic stone is 13 inches in diameter and ⅜ inch thick.
A peel for managing any size pizza
The long-handled pizza peel is made from aluminum with a super-smooth finish that resists sticking. Slide the peel under an assembled pizza, place it onto the hot stone in the oven, and remove the peel while the pizza bakes. When the pizza is done, slide the peel under the crust and move the pizza from the oven to a cutting surface. The peel measures 9½ x 10½ inches with an 11½ inch handle.
A cutting wheel that makes perfect cuts
The stainless steel pizza cutter has a round cutting wheel with finger protectors that help keep hands from touching the super-sharp blade. It's a great tool that can also be used for cutting flatbread, brownies, and dessert bars.
