Question:	Time and temperature if using this in a normal kitchen over rather than in a Weber kettle
Answer:	I used it at 350' until the Purdue popper came up. It was the normal time. It was, however, much moister. White wine works well in the unit, as does a darker beer. Light beer does not have enough taste substance to help, other than as a moisturizer. I also do the same on the Weber regular grill with the same temperature and time, although it's hard to get the Weber grill down much lower than 350'. On the grill I use indirect heat so I don't burn off all the liquid.

Answer:	Not at all! It’s a Teflon type material. There is enough grease in the meat to make easy removal. We have been impressed with this product.
