Answer:	It fits all rods...it's a pretty big square but it relies on tightening the screw to secure the rod...The biggest failure of this device is that the screw you are tightening is only held by a flimsy metal flap....so if you tighten too much, instead of grasping your rod, the flimsy metal flap pushes away and bend back.The concept it good. But i'm still trying to get around to soldering a piece onto it that would make it solid. Answer:	At first, when mine arrived I thought the same thing. Then I noticed, what I first thought was just some packing tape stuck on the end, was indeed the screws. Now if yours was not the case (i.e. the screws are indeed missing), then I would hope that the manufacturer would supply them if you contact them . If for whatever reason they would not send you the screws, you can purchase 2 thumbscrews at any hardware store. Hope this helps and enjoy the basket!
