The following is a rough estimation of the cooling capacity a cooling system would need to effectively cool a room/house based only on the square footage of the room/house provided by EnergyStar.gov. 24000 BTU >> 1,400 to 1,500 sq ft. We generally suggest around 500 sq ft under extreme conditions (extreme weather, sunroom with a whole glass wall, etc) . We strongly recommend you get a professional opinion before going off those rough estimate. If that's not possible/feasible there are many online BTU calculators that at least take into account some of these factors. There are two BTU calculators at calculator.net

Answer:	These are for an infrared grill. The infrared grills cook from the heat of the grills. The flames from the grill do not directly touch the food. The stainless steel grids have small perforations that allow air flow and drippings to flow to a small grease collector.

Question:	How tall when the legs are folded
Answer:	It’s junk. Mine warped after 4 uses. Save your money
Question:	How many BTU; rack dimensions
Answer:	You are correct, the dimensions in the listing are wrong. I don't have the grill here with me, but I suspect the second dimension should be 7 and something inches, not 17...There were several different models of this style grill, those with 2, 3 and 4 burners/grates.
Question:	Will this mount on the magma dual extender rail mount
Answer:	These are replacement grids, you do not lay these over the original ones.
Question:	Is there a low pressure control valve available for use with this unit
Answer:	These grates have slots (not tiny holes) in the valleys. They are slightly lighter steel construction, but still fairly heavy gauge. They pass the heat through MUCH better (I use a slightly lower heat setting for my meat) and cook more evenly. I also find them easier to clean.

Question:	How do you attach the igniter if the tube is too big
Answer:	What do you mean by "Low pressure control value"? The regular/normal control valve does come with the grill. You simply screw the valve onto your tank (sold separately) and then insert it into the side of the grill. The regulator on top controls the amount of gas from low to high. Does that help?
