Answer:	Winches are not rated for continuous duty. A 5% duty cycle at full rated load is typical. If the relay is properly matched to the winch and the winch is operated at reasonable loading (well below 100% of rated load) the relay will not be the weak link in the setup. You should have inline cb's to prevent overheating.

Answer:	In replacing the drive belt, with the cart in Neutral, and set in shop mode, carefully take a flat edge screw driver and slide one edge of the belt up to and using the screwdriver over the edge of the rear pulley. then using wrench on the forward pulley, slowly turn the crankshaft while keeping pressure on the screwdriver and continue easing the belt off. I would recommend that you also replace the starter belt at the same time. Installation of the drive belt is reverse from the take off. Answer:	With a two wire motor no. With a 3-wire motor it's going to try to run both directions at one time. If there's no load hooked up to it nothing.

Answer:	It will technically "work" to run the winch, but the 250 amps is under rated for what the winch may draw under full load and fail. I would suggest the 450 amp unit, but I see they are currently unavailable (and on back order directly from TEMco).

Answer:	To me it feels like leather and is not slippery. I am not sure what criteria you would use, but I am extremely pleased (5-star) with my case. Also, I have had it for a few months now and it is holding up very well.
