Answer:	Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Answer:	Yes it actually has 2 trays under the grill. A large tray which then drips into a smaller tray. Both are removable for cleaning. I line both with aluminum foil to make it easier to keep clean.

Answer:	Buy a grill matt, I got a box of 2 for under $6.00 at Walmart. You get the grill lines on whatever your cooking, no flare-up, don't have to clean your grates, veggies, or fish doesn't fall through the grates. You take the matt out and wash it. My matts last about 2 months bbqing about 3 nights a week.

Answer:	According to the owners manual, it does not look like a side smoker is available. The manual does list a Side Fire Box for Charcoal grilling as an accessory. The item number is #2-2424. Hope this helps.
