Answer:	The product was so awful I tossed it out. It amounts to clear sugar water in a red plastic bottle to fool you into thinking it has fruit juice. I'd say it's made in hell.
Question:	Does it kill scouring rush? If so, what’s the best way to apply
Answer:	I'm guessing ,... no you would not be able to see them at 250 yds with a 12 x scope. The reason I say this is I actually own a gun range here in SE Texas; the longest distance you can shoot here though is only 100 yds. We have 4 spotting scopes on the rifle range for customers to use; these are Barska 20x60x60mm spotters and yes you can see the 22LR holes at 100yds but I'm guessing, and only guessing at 250 yds it would be a real chore assuming you could see them at all; because you're talking twice the distance plus an additional 50 yds using a scope with a little more than half the power than my spotting scopes. Don't know many people that shoot 22LRs at that distance, frankly I'm amazed you get any accuracy at all, let alone keeping them in a 12" circle. That's truly amazing!!
