Answer:	Once you set your program - it will last as long as the batteries last. Get some extra-strength batteries and you should be ok for two weeks.
Question:	Can this be programmed to spray every five minutes for the duration of one minute
Answer:	the directions you can set the water duration from 1 to 240 minutes. You can set the water frequency as every 6 hours, 12 hours, or from 1 to 7 days. Not sure if this will help you or not. I like the timer. We have them set up all over the property.
Question:	Can each port be programmed with independent frequencies
Answer:	On the TWO-PORT, each can be set independently. Question:	Does it need to have pressure for the valve to open or could it be hooked to a rain barrel (minimal pressure) and work
Answer:	The valve opens at the programmed time......even when there's no water at all. However, if the water source is a rain barrel, only gravity will be pushing water out.

Answer:	HomeKit compatibility promised at release at beginning of year (2018). As of June 1, 2018, still no HomeKit compatibility. Orbit needs to stop promoting the product based on HomeKit compatiblity until it actual works—and retract all those (fraudulent?) press releases online and wherever else promising HomeKit compatibility.
Question:	How does the WiFi hub connects to the timer? Is there a distance limit between them
Answer:	The timer itself has only bluetooth. The hub bridges the timer with your wifi connection. Distance should be within 50 feet if possible.

Answer:	I can assure you there is no rating available as to high limit of ambient temperature at which this timer might fail.Considering cold water is running through it when valve is open, that should be a positive factor.Otherwise, you guess is as good as mine.
Question:	Can this be used on a gravity feed system? I have a 2,000 gallon free-standing tank (not connected to city water
Answer:	No. It needs 20 psi to work. One foot of head equals 0.4 psi so your water tank would need to be setting on a 50-foot tower or hill to provide 20 psi.
Question:	Can you tell me how to turn off only the right outlet
Answer:	What I do is make sure there is no 'Time" nor 'Minutes" set on the side that I don't want the unit to use. You might need a small piece of wire to insert into the TINY re-set hole on the right side of the unit. Pushing this will clear the memory and functions. Or what I do is just take the batteries out for a few minutes and set new time and duration on the line I want to use.
Question:	Can this unit be set for twice a day (12 hours apart)- everyday and then the other side be used for manual watering
Answer:	It is easy to set for one side automatic and one side manual. The issue comes when it is left in the sun. Any prolonged sun exposure ruins the components and housing very fast.

How to Install?

1. Take out the timer from the package carefully and there are 2 rubber rings, a top tap connector adapter, a quick connector, a mesh filter, a user manual and a installation guidance card inside.

2. 2*AA batteries are required (not included) and place them into the battery compartment.

Question:	Does this have a time log? Cause im testing it to water now about a min no water still comes out or is my device broken? Should water come out readily
Answer:	I'm not real sure I understand the question; however check these items.....1st make sure the batteries are good. Then to make sure the water flows properly put the dial to "Auto" and press 'water now". Wait about 5 seconds and water should flow out, if not make sure your faucet handle is on. Then if water doesn't come out your device is broken. Note: This is only for a test. Once this cycle finishes, your normal programmed cycle will resume. Good Luck!!!
Question:	is it supposed to just connect to hose and work after set up? Mine doesnt stop any water flow no matter the setting
Answer:	Yes. Once connected to the faucet then a hose on the out flow and you have the batteries in and settings configured it should only allow water flow once the string is reached and opens the valve. It should not flow freely through the valve unless the strings allow it. Hope this helps

Answer:	Yes, The timer has 3/4 inch hose thread. If you were going to use it on the end of a pipe, there are adapters to get from hose to pipe and vice versa. As far as I know, Orbit does not have the adapters, but Home Depot, Lowes or most any hardware store sells them.

Answer:	They last quite long, as the unit itself died before the batteries did! In our salt air environment, we just replaced the unit after about 10 months. Good product!

Answer:	The frequency is set by the number of days...so 1 is every day, 2 is every two days, and so on. You can also set every 6 hours or 12 hours. And you have start times as well.

Answer:	I personally prefer brass connectors, plastic have the potential to crack or ruin the connecting threads if they are not properly aligned; my personal experience.

Answer:	It’s not rocket science. It might have a piece of plastic (from manufacturing process). Remove the nozzle and inspect it. Make sure you can blow through it. Replace nozzle, put some water in and pump the sprayer. It should spray.
Question:	Can this be ran only on the usb power cord without using any batteries
Answer:	If they mean that the sprayer does not shut off, whether the trigger is pressed or not, it is obviously a malfunction on the trigger mechanism that stays stuck open.

Answer:	With the spray set to a wider setting, it easily sprays about two feet. You can set it to a stream but I don't use the stream setting since I am spraying homemade weed killer on paths and patios, I am spraying from about two feet from the weeds.

Step 1: Install inlet pipe and outlet pipe

Install inlet pipe with its filter to the pump; then install the outlet pipe with dripper to the pump. (Please install inlet and outlet tube to its port correspondingly) The tube/pipe can be cut into wanted length and installed with different connectors as your plants need.

Step 2: Set up power

Support two types of power- 4pcs of AA battery or direct USB cable charge. When the battery and USB power supply exist at the same time, the system will give priority to USB charger power.

Step 3: Set up water time

Left side panel for setting watering time, and the right side for interval time. Press the button below panel to control the time setting. Watering time includes 2 types of unit (second 10-90s/minutes 2-5mins) Interval time includes 2 types of unit (1-30 days/0.1-2.3 hour). Keep hold on the button for 3 seconds can switch unit type.

Step 4: Prepare water bucket and insert dripper into dirt

When all 3 previous steps is done, prepare a bucket of water and insert drippers into dirt. Drippers should be thrust into the tube deeply incase water leak out.

(water bucket need to be placed lower than pump in case siphonage effect which is dirt track back into clean water)

Working : green light twinkle quickly.

Sleep mode: green light twinkle slowly for each 5 second.

Low battery: red light twinkle.

Digital number flicking and counting down: pump is watering.

How to check with your automatic watering system?

Why it's watering weakly or water overdosing? Please check:

• 1. Avoid Siphon.Water source /water bucket /water surface level should not be placed higher than the pump.
• 2. Please adjust inlet and outlet tube and water level to be at the approximately same horizontal level.
• 3.Please check battery. The pump waters weakly when battery's electricity volume is low.

Why it's not working? Please check if these were well set:

• 1.Inlet tube and outlet tube were installed correctly. Please check user manual guide.
• 2.No clogging inside the tube.
• 3. Power source is workable and battery power is strong.
• 4.Timer was set correctly.

Since you are not sure which grass you have, I would recommend treating a small area, in a inconspicuous part of the lawn. Answer:	You cannot set a start time. It automatically starts the cycle from the time that you set the duration and cycle on the circular dial. i.e. if you turn the dial to the 5 minute "every other day" setting at 2:00 pm, then the timer will turn on at 2:00 p.m. every other day for 5 minutes. When setting the duration and cycle, be sure to turn the dial to Off first, and then set the cycle.
Question:	i need to water for 5 minutes every hour, will this do that
Answer:	nah its smooth. takes a around a second to close the valve so that prevents the hammer effect. I dont think it's powerful enough to instantly close the valve. I have it run for 15 minutes daily to top off my pool in the morning. If it caused noise, I would have set it on fire by now.
