Answer:	Yes, after two or three years of use my ball bearings inside female fitting started sticking. I used W-D 40 working it back and forth until it was loosened. (as someone suggested, plumber's grease might even work better). Mine now works perfectly and isn't leaking.

Answer:	This was not wired. Battery powered and independent of everything else. They do not link together.

Answer:	Place in appropriate spot. For me, it was a place where I can easily access it in case of a nuisance alarm. Put base against ceiling to use a template and mark with pencil/pen where holes need to be drilled (drywall anchors and screws are provided). I used a stud finder to make sure I wouldn't be drilling into a stud although you can do that if you like. Drill two holes for wall anchors were you marked with your pen/pencil. Insert wall anchors, align base with wall anchors, screw in screws then twist smoke alarm unit onto base. Finished.

Answer:	The hose looses a lot of pressure. If your sprinkler can put out a lot of water, you will not be happy. Also, with loss of pressure, the hose will shrink, so don't expect to be able to use the fully extended length of the hose.

Answer:	I am 5'2" and 140 lbs with a rather busty chest. I found the length in the torso a bit short and snug in the chest, but everything else was great. Question:	Mine leak a lot when connected. My hose is very low pressure. How do I stop the leak when connected
Answer:	I have tried everything suggested here and mine still leak under regular water pressure. I added two washers to one of the female connectors that attaches to the hose and that leak stopped. I also tried different male adapters and changing out the washers on the female side. It worked good yesterday but when I used the hose this morning, it was back to leaking. I am undecided at this point if I will keep or return. I tried finding the contact info for the seller before posting here but was unable to locate an email or IM.

However, standard male fittings have an o-ring about halfway up the shaft, which serves to seal the connection. This design instead relies exclusively on using the hose washer of the female half to seal the connection. That washer has a slightly smaller-than-usual hole in the center, and this extra material is what the male quick connect compresses. Not a bad design, but I wouldn't trust these male fittings with any female fitting other than their own.
