Answer:	It’s not rocket science. It might have a piece of plastic (from manufacturing process). Remove the nozzle and inspect it. Make sure you can blow through it. Replace nozzle, put some water in and pump the sprayer. It should spray.
Question:	Can this be ran only on the usb power cord without using any batteries
Answer:	If they mean that the sprayer does not shut off, whether the trigger is pressed or not, it is obviously a malfunction on the trigger mechanism that stays stuck open.

Question:	What is the short black tube for
Answer:	The short black tube is for clamping the small black tube off. Fold the small black tube in half and stick it into the larger tube to clamp off water flow.
Question:	What is the "end clamp"; how is it used? It's in the kit but there is no info anywhere on it. After a week, I still have no answer from Raindrip
Answer:	Closes off ends of 1/2" or 5/8" poly hose. It is used for the end of the line. Slide tubing inside one hole, bend end of tubing and stick into other hole. Works as an end cap like kinking a garden hose to stop flow.
Question:	Is it safe to leave the outdoor faucet on all the time when connected to this system
Answer:	As long as your faucet is not dripping and temperatures are well above freezing, there shouldn't be an issue. Screw things together tightly. I love the system for my hanging baskets, and my faucet is on all the time with a twice daily watering schedule when it is hot out.
Question:	How well do these installations fare after a few northern US winters
Answer:	I use these every year in Boston and always seem to forget to bring the timers in for the winter from my roof deck. Over the last 6 years, every time I’ve left the timers out they’ve been broken by spring. The one time I remembered to bring one inside it was fine though. The tubing and drippers are just fine throughout the winter, much better than other tubing I’ve used which bursts. Most of my original tubing is still kicking after 6 winters.

Answer:	Yes, these do because you control the watering amount by raising or lowering the water reservoir rather than using the soil capillary pull like the Tropf Blumats.
Question:	how high will the water lift with the bottle on the floor and the hose intake at the bottom of the bottle
Answer:	The instructions are to put the water reservoir level with the top of the soil for optimum watering. The water intake will be slower if you put the water source lower than that. To answer your question, if the water source is at the bottom of the pot where the intake valve of the Blumat rests, you'll get the least water intake. I would put the water source no lower than midway between the top of the soil and the bottom of the pot. I've used this particular junior Blumat when I was away for 30 days using 2 Blumats on each 13"dia. x 12" H pot with a water pail of about the same size to hold the water reservoir and it performed really well. I came back home with the top of the soil moist and my plants healthy. I'm not sure what you mean by hose intake -- do you mean the intake valve that is attached to the Blumat that rests at the bottom of the water reservoir? Use several Blumats if you have a large pot and make sure your water reservoir is big enough. I used mine indoors, unattended, so I don't know how it will perform outdoors, but I imagine it will perform as well as it should, provided you fill the reservoir regularly when the water level runs low. Please read the instructions carefully that comes with the package. This is a great system, but it has limitations depending on how much the water level is unattended.

3.Let the water bag at a higher level than the outlet drippers and the system will work by gravity.

The ideal height difference is about 60 to 90cm and if you want to use multi drippers, can install the bag higher to gain the extra water pressure to get it moving along the tube

Answer:	There is a hole on the top of the water bag, just put the hole under the faucet to fill water. Make sure use the clean water cause if the water have bits in it they will clog the drippers.

Answer:	Rests above, otherwise it would block.
Question:	Why is this limited to just one per customer? I'd like to buy at least
