Answer:	This pot may not be the pot you need. Bromeliads like to stay on the drier side and you need to be concerned about root rot. They need to be able to drain well. Typically they should be watered in their cup from the top. They can be placed in plastic pots. There are special type soils that work better for them that are made to drain better. They will die after they bloom but usually send out new pups when they bloom. This pot you can't tell how much water is in there and getting water in at the bottom is not that easy the way the spout is at the base. With a real porous soil and monitoring your plant to see how it reacts is the only way you would know if this pot would work for this particular plant or not.

Answer:	The resin used in this product is a food safe High Density Polyethylene. It is chemically inactive, BPA free and Phthalate free and is perfectly safe for growing edible garden vegetables. The resin also includes chemically inert UV additives to prevent long term degradation from direct sunlight.

Answer:	I guess you can. It has, not so smooth surface, and paint can stick to it. If you use a really high end epoxy or emulsion, you can still do a fine sand paper and then do whatever you want. the answer to your question is YES

Answer:	It stands 15" off the ground. Each pot is a diameter of 6" and the unit has a base of 15". I'm very happy with the looks. It could also be a tabletop unit.
Question:	How good is the drainage with the four raised holes? Does it require extra holes for better drainage
Answer:	Since we have just put two of these planters in service, it is hard to say if there are no conditions where more drainage would be required. However, drilling more holes in the bottom of the planter would defeat the purpose of the raised drain holes. Having the holes raised means there should be a good chance you will not have your plants dry out.

Answer:	These are beautiful planters. The top is actually 13 inches & the bottom 91/2” they are 28” tall. I have a ficus planted in one - good for deep rooting. Have had them for a year & they look new. Hold up well.
