Answer:	They come with instructions. You can either soak the whole plant thoroughly about once a week 20-40 min then lay them on a towel to dry or spray them about every other day. They need to dry within about 4 hours to prevent rot. I often soak mine in my fish tank to soak up some nitrates but it's important they have good air flow after watering so they can dry thoroughly.

Answer:	Two were the same, both little dead looking plants. I didn’t receive the green one with the wider leaves, and one has the top broken off.

Answer:	Air plants would be loose in a terrarium, and are removed very easily. You can also spray your plants - but you would have to do this multiple times a week.

Answer:	I use room temperature regular tap water. I soak them 30 to 40 minutes once a week. place them in a window with bright light-no sun. Since I purchased this group of plants, they're already growing and getting new shoots.
Question:	Could these be ordered in winter? Temps will be in the 20s-30s for the next couple of months
Answer:	I just received mine (upstate NY in the middle of below freezing temps/ blizzards). Sent to my work so they wouldn't sit outside and all came happy and healthy! Very pleased and arrived before expected date.

Chamaedorea Elegans is commonly called Parlor palm or Neanthe Bella palm. This is one of the most popular and easy to care for palms and is native to rain forests from southeastern Mexico to northern Guatemala. As a houseplant, this Palm usually grows to 4' tall and is particularly noted for its dense, attractive foliage, compact shape, and easy maintenance. The handsome, arching, green leaves and shiny dark green stems lend a tropical flair to any decor. Clusters of yellow flowers in loose spirals may bloom in spring if enough light is present. Shipping and handling can be very tough on live plants so please be sure to open and check your plant right away. Mist the foliage and check the soil for moisture. Our plant team gives each plant a drink before they are individually shipped and wrapped so they may not need to be watered right away. Overwatering is one of the most common causes of the decline in indoor plants. When potting up your Parlor palm you need to use a peaty, sandy potting mix. Answer:	The pot is 4.5 inches tall by 6 inches wide at the top. In total, the plant is 20 high. I really like this plant. It arrived in terrific shape with no bugs or yellowed leaves. You'll need another pot, though, as the one they sent is not the best.

Answer:	To restrict the spread of fire ants and invasive insect species that may come from out of state. CA has strict laws.

Answer:	You don’t say how you’re watering, but I would advise letting a bowl of water stand for a few hours to let the chlorine off gas. Just like you do for fish. These plants seem to be sensitive to chlorine. Likewise if you live where there’s very hard water with lots of salts I’d use distilled water. Another tip: don’t mist them. They need to dry off in between watering. Soak them in a bowl or jar of cool (not cold or warm) water for a couple of hours every week or two. Then shake them off or gently pat them dry with a tea towel and put them back where they live (which should NOT be a humid, enclosed terrarium.)

Answer:	Don’t keep in direct sun on window and only spray once a week. I keep mine around the house in different spots getting normal light. I spray them once a week. After spraying on leave on a towel till the next day by a window to make sure they use up the water on them. Doing this I’ve had nothing but success with mine. I have 16 spread out around the house ;)
Question:	Are they real? Will they come dead
Answer:	They are real and mine came in great shape! They are bigger and healthy. They are still in great shape now and I bought them in December & again in January. I made the mistake and ordered a set from a different place for a mix of different plants. They came half dead in awful shape! The rest died in two weeks time! When these dead ones came I had to order to replace them. I went back to these ones because I knew they would be really good and healthy! So I would definitely recommend these ones! In the future I will order these again if I want more!
