Answer:	I take about 1 Tablespoon every day to get a lot of the B vitamins. I think you can usually tell if something smells or tastes rancid, so no. But, I think wheat germ has some natural bitterness, if you want to call it that.

Answer:	The tire doesn’t have a load rating on it. I have put it to the test over the last summer. I moved 24 tons of crushed gravel,12 tons of slag and 10 yards of dirt. No problems with it.

Answer:	It takes me about 1 minute to mill enough for about one loaf. Note though that this depends on how fine you want the flour. I tend to have mine on a very fine setting, which takes a little longer. This is probably why there is so much variation in answers to this question. That being said, 1 minute for 1 cup sounds extremely slow to me.

Answer:	Contact company that made the cart. Love mine. Might find directions on you tube. Pretty easy to assenble. I turned my base around so the handle stands up and I can dump things out easier.
