| Answer: | What, you don't like the new straps smell? Lol the odor is a super easy fix. I was curious to how easy these are to clean since I sweat a lot so I just gave my new straps a good washing in 5 gallon bucket of water, didn't even use soap and then air dried them and the smell is 99% gone. I had to put my nose right on them that smell anything. I think if you want 100% smell removal, wash them in soap and water and then air dry them. I'm a little surprised it's been three years for this common sense answer. |

| Answer: | No, the risers do not lock into place. They are notched so as to not let the step slide off, but if you pick up the step, the risers do not stay attached. |

| Answer: | The bracket ends are covers. The top one slides up and the bottom one slides down. You will have to pull out the sides a little bit before it will slide off. You can do this either with a fingernail or a very thin screwdriver. Be careful not to go too far or you will break the plastic cover. Hope this helps! I love my shower mount! |

| Answer: | Not at all. It's very sturdy and stable. I guess it may depend on how big your dog is and if they hang over to one side though. I pulled my 4 and 1 year old grandsons in it sitting and it is a perfect height on the sides NOT to tip out of it when the 1 year old would pull up on them. I love it that we can either push it or pull it with these handles. |
