| Answer: | I have hard clay and it is like concrete when dry. I found that wetting the ground and letting it soak in before installing the shepherd's hook made it much easier. I used a short piece of 2x4 over the hook base to pound it in so as not to damage the surface of the hook. It went in quite easily then. |

| Answer: | It's not difficult to fold, you push down in the middle of the handle (it has those little push buttons that release it). and it just starts to cave in sort of speak. Note that you cannot fold it if you have either the back gate or the optional front gate installed. | Question: | How long and how do you lock the built-in 2" receiver in place when it is not retracted |
| Answer: | Hello, It is approximately 8.5" when extended. You will use the lynch pin provided that normally holds the handle in place. Install the lynch pin into the 3/8" hole pre-drilled into the 2" hitch receiver and this will lock it into place. Thank you, please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
