Answer:	First I bought a sur moor taber buoy which came with a "ring" that is attached to a shackle. The chain runs thru the collar and is than attached to a shackle which is attached to the ring. The mooring line is attached to the ring. The weight of the chain and anchor have kept the collar in place. I have used it for a full season and have had no problems.

Answer:	Hey there, just wanted to let you know that in the manual for this light it say's, adaptation period is 44-48", germination period is 40-44", growth period is 32-40", flowering period is 24-32". A Warning though, in early veg I find anything under 32" and you will get leaf burn. This is a great light. 7 days on a 6/2 light schedule and my growth has tripled.
