Question:	Are the cup holds big enough to hold drink cans
Answer:	No; there isn't. I couldn't fit my tall body soap bottles, so I have these on the top shelf. Bottom holds shaver and 2 shorter bottles.
Question:	How much is the weight for the cooler
Answer:	Yes it rust over time. Bought mine and after 18 months started rusting, One side first the other side took bit longer I would say close to 2 years. Was the mid section.
Question:	Where is this backpack made
Answer:	It's 1 3/4 inches from the round bar to the back of the hook. The hooks can swivel, I've turned them 180 degrees so that it can go over the towel rack at the back of my tub area. The only trouble I have is that sometimes I knock everything out of the holder because there's no wire in back to hold things in and because my wall isn't smooth, the suction cups can't hold it in place.
Question:	Dose this have the chest straps? Or just shoulder
Answer:	It did not stick to the tile in my shower because it was just too porous, but it should stick well to a mirror.
Question:	What are the exterior dimensions? I’d like to keep it in the rear storage of my kayak
Answer:	This corner shelf is awful. I don’t recommend it at all. If you don’t have your items perfectly placed on the shelf, it tilts, and dumps all your stuff. The shelf is just resting on the suction cups. So to answer your question, you could probably use larger suction cups, as long as the “knob” part of the suction cup fits into the slot on the plastic shelf.

Answer:	Each corner has a hole for drainage, the “humps” are solid texture to keep your soap from sliding. This corner shelf is very poorly designed. The corners just rest on the suction cups, therefore making the shelf very tippy. You end up playing a balancing game in the shower to keep the shelf from tipping and dumping all the contents on the show floor. I would NOT recommend this shelf

Question:	What size are the planting cups
Answer:	11" wide X 3 1/8" tall X 4 1/2" deep...measured from all outside edges, and the thick bar across the top is about 1/4". So for the actual containing space, you can subtract about 1/2" from the width and 1/4" from the depth. Also, the baskets kind of have a sideways D shape to them if you're looking from above...so not really rectangular--the measurements are taken at the longest parts.

Question:	Genovoese basil pod did not germinate what would I do to replace it
Answer:	Personally, I’d reach out to AeroGarden. They may send replacement pod. Have to make sure you’re following the instructions carefully. Add water when needed. Add plant flow when needed. I set reminders. Also need to adjust the lighting as needed. My basil produced basil leaves the size of my hand. Then I forgot to add more water to the reservoir one day and accidentally killed off 3 plants.
Question:	Did any of the pods got some mold on it
Answer:	This is actually addressed in the directions. It's normal to have growth on the pods and a positive sign! Hang in there if you see this. It means your plant should soon sprout!
Question:	The lights on the control panel are on continuously, is that normal
Answer:	Yes it is! The "Add Plant Food" light is green, the "Add Water" light is blue, and the "Light On/Off" is white. When an action is required, the light of that button will blink red.
Question:	Do these actually grow herbs or do they just kinda die slower
Answer:	They grow beautiful herbs. I had so many I couldn’t use them all. The only herbs I had trouble with are curly parsley and cilantro. I am trying them again now but too early to see if they will grow as well as the others. The lettuces are phenomenal. I can’t use them all. I have 4 AeroGardens. 2 of the 3 pod variety and 2 of the 6 pod variety. They all work wonderfully.
