Question:	How does this work for avalanche/ emergency snow shoveling
Answer:	It is made of plastic, but pretty tough, I used it to move and level loose dirt after I used a tiller to loosen the dirt, it worked pretty good. You have to hold the handle at the level you want to carry the amount of what ever you're moving, it won't dig, just good for moving loose material

It has two nuts on it that one might want to keep the proper tool with it as they can loosen and it has a tightening cylinder near the top of the handle to lock the shovel head into place .
