Answer:	For trimming yes they're amazing. But if your trying to cut a 2-3inch stock then I would suggest a stronger pair

Answer:	About 2 1/8 inches with the shears closed. When open the tips are 1 1/4 inch apart and 1 11/16 inch from inside where the blades cross to to the tip of each blade. Tip of blades are about 1/32" and where they cross they are 3/8" wide. I like these even better than the Fiscars.

Answer:	It gives u a curve so u can trim the flowers better I think because the flowers I trim are curved. I use the straight to clip leaves off in the flower but I think it’s just a preference hope this helps. 🤘🏼

Question:	Does the spring will hurt my fingers
Answer:	These pruning scissors can be used by almost anyone the tension on the spring is fairly weak, my 3 year old can open/close them easily. However the blades are dull, you will have a difficult time getting these to cut anything, overtime this will cause muscle fatigue in your hand. I threw mine away, they’re very poor quality.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you received because mine are like most every other gardening hand tool I have. There's a black plastic part that pivots into a notch at the top of the handle by your thumb. It pivots away from the housing to allow the blades to open and into the housing to lock it. If yours isn;t like that, post a picture of both sides.

Answer:	I would think so. The grips appear symmetrical and are very smooth and comfortable.

I haven't owned mine long enough to test that claim, but : 1) these pruners have already stayed sharper for a longer period of time than other pruners I have owned and 2) in my one interaction with this company, they have been very responsive. In fact I already ordered 2 more pairs based upon the performance of the 1st one I received.

Answer:	no it is not self propelled. But it is very lightweigh and easy to push.

Answer:	I have used electric mowers for decades, except when I've had very large yards that would have required more than 100 feet of electrical cord dragging behind. That said, I have sometimes strung cords together to mow larger lawns. Compared to gas mowers, electric mowers tend to be lighter because you don't have the weight of the gasoline and the combustion engine. They are also cleaner and quieter. I have also tried a battery-operated mower, and I prefer the electric one. Perhaps the battery ones have improved since the one I had several years ago, but mine was quite a bit heavier than the electric mower, and if the grass was at all thick, the battery would be used up before I had finished mowing even a small yard. If you have a very large yard, then a gas mower may still be simpler, but for a small or medium-sized yard, electric are the way to go, in my opinion.

Answer:	Really I think more like 2 inches of green wood at most. I have the thing with me for the 7 months of the year I'm pruning fruit trees all day. It is not the diameter it cuts that makes it a superior lopper- it is the ease of cutting and its light weight. The anvil is curved perfectly to force the wood to the point of maximum leverage. This lopper is the choice of professionals. Larger cuts should be made with a quality pruning saw, such as a silky gomtero 300 mm or you begin damaging the remaining wood.

Answer:	I dont know anything about the warranty. You might want to ask Amazon customer service. I have done a lot of tree trimming with mine and they have held up great so far.
Question:	Can I use these in a very long battle with honeysuckle? Will they hold up to years of cutting the vine at ground level? I'll be making many many cuts
Answer:	I can't say how long they'd last and I guess how well it would cut your honeysuckle at the base depends on how thick that is, but I've been very happy with the cutting power of the loppers I bought. They don't require a lot of strength to use in proportion to the size of branch they'll cut. I'm very happy with them.

Answer:	The handles are 22" long. I highly recommend this lopper! I had rotator cuff surgery in 2002 and still have to watch stress to the joint. This is a perfect cutter that requires very little effort or extension.

Answer:	green branches would probably be limited to 3/4" to 1" depending on the type wood. They're very nice pruning small branches, shrubs, berry bushes but limit what you try to cut to smaller branches. They seem to be very well made. But they are a little pricey. My wife likes them. They fit her hands nicely!
Question:	How do I know when i need to use these on my flowers
Answer:	The package had no documentation with it. However, on-line there is more information on specs and replacement parts.
Question:	Are these pruning shears good for bonsai trees
Answer:	OK, VS8's and bamboo. They aren't large clippers. When the blades are open, the gap is only 3/8" down low in the sweet spot for pruning. Any thicker materiel stops further up in the gap and gets, of course, progressively harder to cut. To answer directly, cutting through dry bamboo smaller than 1/2" is doable without much difficulty. Above 1/2" it gets a lot harder really quickly. By 5/8" it's really difficult to make a cut. Hope this helps.

Question:	How does one operate the shears part of the tool? On other products I see a squeeze handle at the base of the pole. Don't see one here
Answer:	The orange handle on the shaft slides up and down to work the shears. When the pole saw is fully expanded and the orange handle is out of reach, there is real strong nylonish-type cable attached to handle t pull for easy operation of the shears. I find that this gives me more flexibility in my posture which is important when using for extended periods of time. This particular Fiskars tool is awesome = in my opinion the best "medium duty" pole pruner, by far for these reasons. (1) It's FAR LIGHTER than other pole pruners; if you are going to be using a pole saw for more than 15-30 minutes at a time, you're gonna love this model (2) Very sharp, and like all Fiskars tools, the blade is made from quality metal that maintains a nice sharp edge. Answer:	I sent them a request for a replacement strap for my 9240 because it frayed at the end entering the pole when fully extended. I also sent a picture. To my surprise they sent me a new one. Answer:	The pruner blades measure about 1-1/8" apart so it should do up to 1" as stated in the specs. I've cut about 3/4" branches with no issues.
