Answer:	Yes. I've used this a lot, and on rather heavy branches and bamboo. It's always worked great and seems to take abuse well. If it loosens up, I just twist it tight again, and get back to work. Works well either in short or in long positions.

Answer:	Don't know. It's heavier than my old B & D trimmer but it has a much more powerful motor. With electric motors, the higher the amps and power the more it will weigh. Simple physics. This machine cuts much better than the old B & D. Good machine.

Answer:	Take a horseshoe wire and stick it in both sides and tape it there that fixes it you don’t need a key

Answer:	We cut our day lilleies completely down in the fall. It couldn't do it. I think leaves are just not thick enough/too stringy for this to deal with.

FIRST STEP TO CHANGE BLADES

Turn the unit upside and down in one hand and push the blade cover gently by the other hand. then slide the blade cover like the photo.

SECOND STEP TO CHANGE BLADES

Remove the blade gently by lifting the end tip of the blade off of the grass shear +hedge trimmer unit.

THIRD STEP TO CHANGE BLADES

Align the gear shaft in the middle of the blade with the gear in the middle of the unit. So that the blade lays flat against the housing for a secure fit.

FORTH STEP TO CHANGE BLADES

Push forward on the blade cover until it slides and clicks into place.
