Question:	When I first used it, the product broke
Answer:	no, it is a normal Wusthof edge. I use the Wusthof 2 stage precision sharpener for mine.

Answer:	I bought it because I saw Sam the cooking guy use 1 that he is endorsing. Its a great knife, its easy to work with. I love Wusthof and I have an 8 inch chef knife and 10 inch.
Question:	How is the product quality
Answer:	The clasic is a slightly higher grade knife. It has a forged blade and where the blade meets the handle is a forged bolster. The handles on the clasic are wood scales. The gormet nakiri is a slightly less expensive knife, although still a good one. It has no bolster and appears to have polymer handles. I am not sure if the blade is forged, but I am thinking it may be because the price difference is not too great. If you need more info you can go to Wusthof's web page and get more information.

Answer:	They are ergonomic when used correctly with the 4 fingers and thumb on the top side. Some are using with a thumb on the underside which is not the correct way.
