Answer:	Yea it’s not the most confidence inspiring attachment. There is a bracket thing screwed in as well for safety. Mine came secure. After a bit of use I have the wedge a couple whacks and it remains secure. I love this tool for just about everything in the garden so I do recommend it, wedge and all but they may vary from piece to piece.
