Answer:	Not sure about any Vinyl extractor, but the 4-frame Vingli extractor I bought didn't start during initial setup until I realized that there is a safety switch that requires the lid to be attached and in place. If you look closely you'll see a small plastic button that must be depressed for the extractor to start. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer.

Answer:	The nuts and bolts that hold the hinge to the steel motor assembly may have rattled loose. I just had that same problem, with the safety switches not closing properly. Tightening all 8 screws that hold the 4 hinges to the center frame fixed the problem.

Answer:	This is my suggestion to you. Save all of the broken pieces. Tape them together, Try to locate a business that sells "Plex-e-glass, take your broken lid there and ask them if they would cut you a piece of "Plex-e-glass" and drool all of he holes in it, using the broken lid/cover as the pattern. Bussiness that sell window glass may be your first place to contact. If you have the tools you could cut the piece of flex-e-glass if not have the company do ever thing for you.

Answer:	No it is horribly designed. I reverted to the old crush and strain method. After about 2 cranks the gear separates from the handle we had repeatedly tightened ( it is very hard to get to the bolt to retighten) and parts fall into the honey and make removing the honey from the frames way more difficult and time consuming. Save your $$ and your time and frustration trying to get this poorly designed machine to work!!! Use the crush and strain method it works better and faster and is much more reliable.

Answer:	I don't know the actual gauge, but it is not thin and is adequate for its purpose. If I was to offer a comparison; It is as thick as a smooth sided 55 gallon drum.

Answer:	From the photos, this is what is called a Tangential Extractor. The frames face outward and must be flipped around halfway through the extraction process to clear out both sides. For a Radial Extractor, the frames go in like spokes on a wheel and do not need to be flipped in order for both sides to be emptied. Typically radial extractors are larger (are build to hold more frames) and are more expensive.

Answer:	Hi, I didn't recieve one with mine. A easy to make holder could be made out of a scrap 2 by 4 piece of lumber. Get a piece slightly longer than the blade, useing a circular saw make a cut length ways that will cut it into 2 pieces, then cut a slot that is slightly deeper than the blade is wide through one of the pieces, then test fit the knife to see if it can be inserted and removed easily while holding both pieces of lumber together. If its ok ,glue the halfs together , now you have a wooden block knife sheath.

Question:	Can you purchase replacement o rings for the seal behind the hinges gate? One of mine broke
Answer:	Crumple up a newspaper, light then place in bottom, slowly add fuel (wood chips, corn cobs, leave mold etc...) work the bellows to keep a flame, after filled will smolder smoke. Flip closed. Work bellows to keep burning. Do not touch body of smoker, hot. Do not overfill or, will not burn, fill loosely.
Question:	What size hole drill is recommended
Answer:	I don't know for sure. It did help me do the install in a 2004 CR-V. At a minimum, the wiring harness connector will be helpful in making the wiring connections from the factory harness to the aftermarket stereo.
