Question:	I’m new to these pens. how do i install the ink ? do i need a ink converter ? if so can you tell me which one to order
Answer:	In order to install the rollerball refill, please unscrew the tip from the barrel (body of the pen) and insert the refill. Then, please screw the pen back together. The pen is compatible with Parker rollerball refills only.
Question:	Is a porous refill available
Answer:	You could probably "hack" a porous refill to work. Although Parker IM Rollerball pens are really only designed for Parker IM "Quink" rollerball refills, I have successfully modified Uni-Ball Signo, Uni-Ball Jetstream, and Pentel EnerGel refills to work in mine. Method: (1) Wrap a bit of electrical tape around the tip of the substitute refill to make it "fatter" like the Parker IM refills, and (2) add a plastic spacer to make up the right length. I just cut a 0.4mm section from the back of an empty Signo 207 refill and placed it into the pen body. Although I don't have a porous refill to try, looking at a picture of a Cross Selectip Porous-Point Refill on the Amazon listing, it looks to me like a similar "hack" would probably work with that refill.

Answer:	Thank you for your interest in Parker product. There is no engraving card included in the package.

Answer:	Office supply stores should carry the refills. I just purchased some no name brand refills from Amazon. I have not received them yet but read good reviews.

Answer:	It is. Everything you see in the photo is what you will receive. If you plan on making this your go-to pen, I suggest ordering some refills along with the pen.
Question:	What's the difference between the Kensington and the regular Jotter
Answer:	Slim. I have several models of Parker's Sonnet series. This is the slimmest.
Question:	Where does this pen make?Is it made in America
Answer:	They send you the original Certificate of Authenticity with the pen.
