Answer:	There is a metal type of end where the ink comes out but besides that its all plastic, so i do not think it is magnetic. and even if it was magnetic there isnt even enough metal for it to be attracted to it.

Grasp the top and bottom, then pull apart gently like you're attempting to stretch the pen, it will expand and the writing tip will appear from the obvious end. Answer:	It will hold 45-50 pounds, but the strap will cut into your shoulder. If you plan on carrying more that 15lbs, I would recommend buying a shoulder pad for the strap

Question:	What is the pen's metal casing like, is it durable
Answer:	I have a black color pen and use it daily. Over time, the color coating will wear off (in small batches and especially around the area where the cap closes at the body), and reveals a bronze-like color beneath. At other scratched areas at the top of the cap, the underlying color is a metallic gray. But it still looks nice and I continue to use as one of my many daily carries.
Question:	Can you use standard international repalcement ink cartridges? I cannot find a listing for 3.4mm ink cartridges

Question:	What ink bootle do we use for this pen? the waterman 50ml ink bottle was recommend for this so is it the right one
Answer:	The question is imprecise. Any fountain pen ink is suitable for use in this pen. Waterman, Diamine, J. Herbin, Robert Oster, etc., etc. Any bottle that says Fountain Pen Ink will do.
Question:	Is this pen smooth when writing
Answer:	I am amazed at how easy it is to write or draw with this pen. It's a great purchase and so affordable. I highly recommend these and have purchased another to use with a different color ink.

Question:	Are you supposed to use the pen with the cap on or off
Answer:	I have found it fits very well on. My writing style I typically leave it off as I do with most pens I have simply to just not worry about the cap. That said fits snug and doesn’t add any issues to weight like some tend to do when the cap is a little more weight heavy vs. the weight in the pen.
Question:	where to you buy the refill when needed
Answer:	Hello! Our pens use Schmidt refills. We will offer them directly in the future but for now, if you search on Amazon for "Schmidt refill 888" you will see a number of options. Your pen has an 888F (fine, black ink) refill at the moment. There are plenty of colour and thickness options availabie. All the best!
Question:	How do you remove the cap?! It’s stuck
Answer:	It should just pull off? It may be bit tight at first but it just pulls off. Try twisting it a bit to the left or counter clockwise. Remember righty tighty? If you cannot remove it for some reason then respond back through Amazon. Scriveiner pens have an extensive warranty. They will gladly send you another one for free. Amazon has the same deal at least for Prime Members. In fact I also purchased the Schmidt 5888 Ceramic Rollerball Metal Tube Refill Fine Point 0.6mm, Black, 2 Pack Blister (SC58100). It comes with two Schmidt 888F liquid ink refills (One is obviously already in the pen). However, I’m fussy and I prefer the extra fine tip which is the 06mm tip. It is a fantastic pen of which I highly recommend. I was considering purchasing another one so I can keep one in my home office and the other in a smaller portable table I purchased at Staples. In the email you received from Amazon should have a pdf document attached that has extensive information about their pen. I’m a pen fanatic and I’ve never seen a pen come with a 4-page pdf document . I hope this helps.
Question:	Will a Hauser 777 refill fit in this pen
Answer:	The dimensions seem to match the Schmidt 888 / 5888 so I think it will work. Without testing it first I can't guarantee it. Please let us know if it does!
