Answer:	F-402 feels nicer because of the weight verses the F-301. I also think it's the grip difference. F-301 has a plastic grip and F-402 has a nice thin rubber grip. If you want a nice metal pen either one works but if you're going to spend the money you might as well get the F-402 it is wonderful to write with. F-301 feels more plastic to me after using F-402. It is definitely worth the price for F-402.

Answer:	It's more like a hard plastic than the silicone on phone cases. Stuff doesn't really stick to it, and if it does you really only need a quick flick of the wrist to get it off.
Question:	Is there a 0.5 mm version of this pencil
Answer:	These are neither flimsy nor thin, I would not even call them flexible. They are great quality coasters.
Question:	I've done Amazon searches for the lead refills, but there aren't any results. How then do I refill the Zebra M-701 Mechanical Pencil
Answer:	Wipe the ceramic surface with a towel. If there are stains that are difficult to clean, you can use soap to clean it.

Answer:	Yes you can. Use very light pressure when writing. They're the best pens I've ever used. They will last a long time.
Question:	Whats the difference between a .7, .10 and 1.0 thickness of point
Answer:	The higher the number the thickness of the points and therefore the thickness of the ink. So .7 is very fine .10 is somewhat fine and a 1.0 is medium

Answer:	No difference. One pack has a variety of colors.

Question:	Is the pressure that is required to use this pen the same as the regular Zebra Sarasa 1.0mm? I had a hand injury and need to apply little pressure
Answer:	Not familiar with the Sarasa 1.0mm. The Z-grip pens require a normal amount of pressure. I do a lot of writing and the pressure doesn't bother me, but I've not had a hand injury so I can't speak to that. To go with less pressure I'd think you need a gel based pen like the pilot G-2 pen. I love the G-2's as well but it's a lot thicker line, which may not always be convenient.
Question:	What color is the barrel? Is it tinted black or is it clear and completely transparent
Answer:	We recently transitioned the ZEBRA Z-Grip Retractable Ballpoint pen from a clear barrel with oil based ink, to a translucent tinted barrel with low viscosity ink. We cannot guarantee that all of our customers inventory has transitioned.
Question:	I am looking for the old style ballpoint pen, not a rollerball. are these pens the old fashioned ballpoint style or the roller ball style
Answer:	Thanks for your question. It's the new style. I'm kinda like you I wish a lot of things were like they used to be. I use them they the rubber feel and are really light. But remember if you did want to take a chance and try them out and if for some reason you don't like them you can return them with no questions asked. Answer:	Hi David, these Z-Grips are ballpoint pens and do not contain gel ink. If you're looking for a gel pen, I would recommend our Sarasa gel pens that DO contain fast drying ink that's tested by an independent 3rd party lab to be faster or as fast as the competition.

Answer:	Mine came in a box of 12. I have experienced a short-writing life with both blue and black pens, compared to my local purchases.

Answer:	No, these pens do not leak through paper. They are dark though.
Question:	Are these the shoddy-quality ones from Mexico, or the original quality from Japan
Answer:	I purchased the set of 10. I made a color chart, and smudge test. Absolutely very HIGH QUALITY! After reading about Zebra's ink formulation, I learned it is exactly the same as always. 
Question:	Do these smear? I’m a lefty
Answer:	I am a lefty, as well: therefore, I do not recall these pens smearing at all. As a special education teacher, I would have noticed if they did smear since I write and sign many parents' lives away with sped paperwork. I wish you the best in your endeavors.
