Question:	Is the pressure that is required to use this pen the same as the regular Zebra Sarasa 1.0mm? I had a hand injury and need to apply little pressure
Answer:	Not familiar with the Sarasa 1.0mm. The Z-grip pens require a normal amount of pressure. I do a lot of writing and the pressure doesn't bother me, but I've not had a hand injury so I can't speak to that. To go with less pressure I'd think you need a gel based pen like the pilot G-2 pen. I love the G-2's as well but it's a lot thicker line, which may not always be convenient.
Question:	What color is the barrel? Is it tinted black or is it clear and completely transparent
Answer:	We recently transitioned the ZEBRA Z-Grip Retractable Ballpoint pen from a clear barrel with oil based ink, to a translucent tinted barrel with low viscosity ink. We cannot guarantee that all of our customers inventory has transitioned.

Answer:	Hi David, these Z-Grips are ballpoint pens and do not contain gel ink. If you're looking for a gel pen, I would recommend our Sarasa gel pens that DO contain fast drying ink that's tested by an independent 3rd party lab to be faster or as fast as the competition.

Gel pens are usually superior for flowing smoothly and not skipping / freezing like many conventional ballpoint pens do, but the tradeoff is that gel goes down thicker and dries more slowly than regular ink, which makes it more prone to smearing for about a minute after writing if rubbed.

I bought it for the humidity, because of low humidity here in this state. You might considering buying an air conditioner instead. We like this product, because it's a fan that has humidity built in. We used A/C and it dried up the air even more. It does help cool down the house and provide the humidity. I just bought a small unit with a different brand for another room (a lot cheaper - Elecwish Air Cool) but have not receive yet. I would give this Costway a 4-5 stars.

Answer:	I am a lefty and cannot use G2 pens. Not only do they smudge a lot, but at the angle I write, the roller ball gets stuck in the ball point and doesn't write with smooth lines. Sometimes no ink comes out then a big blob of ink.

Question:	Has anyone used these for the poly blend type appointment cards compaired to the flairs
Answer:	I haven’t but they write very much like the flairs so I would assume anything you can do with a flair you can do with these. They are slightly finer but other than that they are the same.
Question:	They say they dry out fast . If so how do you prevent that from happening
Answer:	I believe they are referring to the ink drying fast on the paper after you have used them. I don't see anywhere that says the markers themselves dry out.
Question:	do they smear
Answer:	On regular paper they do not smear at all. On glossy paper they do smear.
Question:	Are these Medium Point
Answer:	I find them slightly finer than Flair pens. The tips are ultra durable and don't wear out like the tips on Flair pens.

Answer:	I love these pens, but I don't think the ink is erasable. I just tried to erase some notes I made...Can't do it with an ordinary eraser. Maybe you mixed up retractable with erasable?

Answer:	Those I received were from China. I will not order again. These pens would be out of ink in a short amount of time. They do not compare to Pilot or Uniball.
