Question:	What is the pen's metal casing like, is it durable
Answer:	I have a black color pen and use it daily. Over time, the color coating will wear off (in small batches and especially around the area where the cap closes at the body), and reveals a bronze-like color beneath. At other scratched areas at the top of the cap, the underlying color is a metallic gray. But it still looks nice and I continue to use as one of my many daily carries.

Answer:	I have not used that color. But I have used several other colors and the ink usually looks like the color of the pen. My blue ink pens are not that color.

Question:	Do you have the lamy safari in red or yellow. Is the charcoal metal or plastic
Answer:	Yes, the intnl long cartridges do fit.

Answer:	No The flex nib you are probably looking for is a combo of this pen and the Zebra flex nib. I made one and it is a bit of work as the nib needs to be opened up a bit. Plenty of you tube tutorials on how to do it. This pen comes with a med nib. Writes well for what it is.
Question:	Lamy fountain pen..how do i get the pen to start writing
Answer:	You can replace the nib on an X750 with any #6 nib. The number 6 refers to the overall size of the nib (I know that at least there are #5's and #6's--6 is larger). Google "flex nib #6" to find some #6 flex nibs. Goulet Pens sells one called "Noodler's Ahab/Konrad #6 Steel Nib - Flex."
