Question:	where are they made in
Answer:	I still have the box and insert but neither say where it is made. There is nothing on the pen either saying where it is made. I am typing this with the stylus feature of the pen. I used it last Tuesday for 17 hours on election day. It was great, worked flawlessly the whole time, got lots of positive comments from voters who borrowed it and no one walked away with it.

Answer:	Yes it does retract. This pen is so durable that I've accidentally washed it twice and it still works just fine!
Question:	Lost my stylus cap end. Source of replacement
Answer:	Stylus ends often need to re replaced. This one is just a rubber tip that slips right onto the end. But they won’t sell you just the rubber tip. No, they want $16 for the whole end piece, including six dollars in shipping. That’s just $1.40 less than a new pan.

Answer:	The refills I have appear to be numbered D132 Monteverde Mini Ballpoint Refill - medium point. In the package they don't look anything like what is in the pen. The cartridge/refill in the pen is fitted with a plastic rear end cap. That cap comes off when the refill is replaced. The cap is then reinstalled on the new refill and reinserted into the pen. You need to use the screwdriver attachment in the pen to accomplish this. With the rear plastic cap on the refill looks very different than how they llok in the packaging, they look more like a Cross refill. I didn't believe I had the right refill at first until I figured out the process but they work even though they don't seem to look right.
