Answer:	I am a lefty and cannot use G2 pens. Not only do they smudge a lot, but at the angle I write, the roller ball gets stuck in the ball point and doesn't write with smooth lines. Sometimes no ink comes out then a big blob of ink.

Answer:	Thought I would chime in here. My last order for a dozen of these Pilot G-2 pens was roughly in October of 2018. I am re-ordering because I am down to my last one but it is still going strong. I work from home and use these pens A LOT. Oh, I was not paid to leave this review and do not receive any kickback (or "Perk") for doing so. I have been a HUGE Pilot G-2 fan for many years.
Question:	How do I properly cook this
Answer:	If you are cooking them because you chew on the end of your pen, I suggest that you take the pen apart and just cook the end that you chew on, to soften it up a bit, and then screw it back together. Boiling for maybe one to two minutes should do the trick. Be careful not to deform the plastic or you won't be able to reassemble the pen. Chewing on your pen is not a good practice but probably not as bad as chewing on a pencil and getting paint and splinters in your mouth. Have you considered seeing a therapist to address the root of the the problem?

Answer:	If I use regular 20lb paper, I can see the print on the reverse side, although I wouldn't call it a "bleed" - there are no splotches. Usually I use 24lb paper though and you can't see through it.

Answer:	The number on the clip is the size of the ink line when written. Pilot G2 pens have three sizes that I've seen. They call 0.38 mm ultra fine, 0.5 mm extra fine and 0.7 mm fine. Most pens call the 07 point medium. I prefer the 05 point, the 07 is a wider line and I usually have to write in smaller spaces.

Answer:	I can't say for certain, but I don't believe so. Each piece has the weight and feel of steel without lead, which doesn't bond with steel if it's not an inclusion. Answer:	From my experience writing them, no they don't bleed through.
Question:	Is the white strong enough to write over pencil
Answer:	It is not unfortunately. I use it for some art on black paper and it goes from a strong white to a sort of wispy white. You would probably have to go over the area a few times for it to be strong.
Question:	Will the metallic smear when writng left-handed
Answer:	I am also a southpaw and have learned that if i am coloring with my gel pens, I start on the right side of the page and work my way to the left that way Im not rubbing it with my hand. Another little hack ive used for many moons now is to put a small piece of saran wrap on my hand to add a layer of protection from smearing😊

Answer:	Yes, the metallic gels work great on black. I have had excellent results.
