Answer:	No, it does not have the grip lines. One of the things I like about the Matte Balck Bullet pen. I find it more comfortable to use then the ones that do have them. And so far it seems that all the bullet pens have them except the matte black pen.

Answer:	5.25" open - 3.75" closed. About .375" in diameter.

Answer:	I have one, I tested it at a depth of 12 feet in a chlorinated pool. It writes underwater perfectly. Only problem is finding something to write on, I found that the cardboard that they make banana boxes out of seems to hold up well under water.

Answer:	Grafton Mini Pen works well with New Grafton Refills along with other refills (.38mm, .5mm, .7mm or 1.0mm), Fisher Space Pen refills (Medium, Fine or Bold), Rite in the Rain or gel refills and many more. Pilot G2 & Parker refills will not fit the Grafton Mini Pen. The Grafton Mini Pen comes with a refill plug to shorten the variety of refills that work. These are refills that we are aware of that work. As there are many brands out there, we have not had a chance to test them all. Answer:	It will not take a G2 mini refill, I have those and they are too short. I think it says it won't take the G2 because they are too long and have that cap piece on the end. I think if you cut it to size and used the metal cap they provide it should work. I currently am using a Zebra Sarasa refill that I did that with and it seems to work fine. I don't have a full size G2 to test though so not 100% certain.

Answer:	It comes with a Pentel Energel black gel ink refill in a 0.7mm point. But beware, it will not fit a Pilot G2 refill. The Pentel Energel is just as good, maybe even a little more of a smother writter than the Pilot G2. And I'm a life long diehard Pilot G2 user, & lover! I gave this pen to my nephew, and bought the Everyman Grafton just so I could continue using my beloved Pilot G2 refills.

Answer:	At the end where the pen come out just twist. If you are looking down holding the pen with the Fisher label up. Hold the Fisher label still. Twist the cone end of the pen towards the right to loosen it. It may be tough the first time.

Answer:	its all aluminum, no rubber. great pen you should get one.

Answer:	Technically, no, but there is a way to modify the M-701 to become a 0.5 lead mech pencil.It's essentially taking the interior of a M-402 mech pencil (which houses 0.5mm lead) and swapping the interior with that of a M-701. (you can also swap the pocket clip from the m-402 to the m-701 as well as people prefer the one on the m-402.)Your end results will be a M-701 mechanical pencil with 0.5mm lead in a sleek body that has great balanced weight, as well as a M-402 with 0.7mm lead and can be used as a backup. The internals for both pencils are the same.

Answer:	I don’t think so. I tried to use the Fischer space pen insert & it’s too large. I really like the pen though so I ordered a box of the refills they sell on Amazon since it does write quite well & feels good in hand.

Answer:	Uncertain! I use a standard length ballpoint refill and cut a short metal spacer (made from a nail) in the top of the pen. This way most any refill will work.
