| Answer: | I used it every day for 30 minutes. I usually would do three sets of intensity( i set to full intensity, and it buzzez from lowest to highest so I did three sets of that on each spot). The machine stops after 25 or 30 minutes. That is just what I did and noticed a difference in my cellulite and gut. Once you try it you can get a feel for what works for you.
