Answer:	I used it every day for 30 minutes. I usually would do three sets of intensity( i set to full intensity, and it buzzez from lowest to highest so I did three sets of that on each spot). The machine stops after 25 or 30 minutes. That is just what I did and noticed a difference in my cellulite and gut. Once you try it you can get a feel for what works for you. Drink lots of water after each session and throughout the day!! Please!!

Answer:	The leads will fit multiple manufacturers mechanical pencils. You just have to buy the mm size yours uses. And the second question that might be asked in that statement; No, there is no eraser refills with this package it is just the Lead

Answer:	I did not order the 1.3mm packs. I ordered the 0.3, and they have 60 leads in each of two packs, for a total of 120 leads. Since the 1.3mm leads are much larger, there will be less in each pack, probably 24 is the number, so you would have a total of 72 leads. When several size leads are advertized under one heading, the numbers change when you click on the size lead you are ordering. Therefore, the number would not have said 120 leads in 3 containers (which would be 40/container) with 1.3 lead. It's very important to read the information again when you click on the size you order. 60 1.3 leads won't fit in the same size container that will hold 60 0.3 leads, so go by what the container says for the size you bought. It says 24, so you are getting 24 leads per container in that size.
Question:	Is the lead strong and break resistance
Answer:	I did not buy the 2B leads, I purchased the HB leads. Generally speaking, HB is considered a medium lead, similar to a wooden #2 pencil. 2B leads would be softer and darker and should write very smoothly, with a dark line, but since I have not used the Bild 2B, I can't say how they write. However, in theory they should write softer and darker. Bild is a good brand, I would not hesitate to purchase their leads. If you want a darker, softer lead than than the more traditional HB, 2B should suit the need very well. Keep in mind, the thinner the lead, the more breakage, so 2B in a .3mm pencil is going to break more than harder lead, but will give a very noticeably darker line.

It is easier to erase a 7H lead than a 2H. "B" leads (B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B) the smaller the number, the lighter the mark is left on the paper, but even the lightest of the the "B" leads is darker than the darkest of the "H" leads. For example; a 2B lead is going to be lighter than a 8B which is super dark black. "B" leads are easier to erase because they are "soft" leads "B" leads are much blacker and softer than "H" leads, regardless of how high the number of the "H' lead, which means that a "8H" lead is VERY LIGHT and HARD ("hard") meaning that is more permanent and harder to erase), and a "8B" is SUPER BLACK and SOFT ( by "soft" meaning that the lead smears and stains easily but is very easy to erase. Answer:	Thanks for asking! The lead in all pencils is regular #2 pencil lead. Only the outer barrel of the pencil is colored. Thanks, again.
