Answer:	The cutter doesn't extend, it's fixed in one position. However, if the plastic shield is being flexed, the tape is on the cutter being cut.

Answer:	Yes, just make sure your interior diameter (open hole) is 3". My rolls are 110 yard--there's plenty of room for bigger roll--measuring from edge of tape spindle to nearest metal bar is about 1 ½--there's still an inch or so still open with my 110 yd roll. Hope that makes sense.

Answer:	Yes, we have had a problem with this on 2 tape guns. I'm very familiar with the tensioner, and even all the way tightened/locked down, the tape area free spins. Disappointing.

Answer:	Yes, I wear mine on the right shoulder. The strap across the back velco's at both ends so can go either way. The arm strap will close to the rear on the left shoulder but works the same.

Answer:	I have a 44 chest size as well and I got the large. It is a little right on the arm piece around my under arm so I wear an under armor shirt under the brace to keep it from rubbing
