Answer:	I dont know. I got four sticks for $2, and opened the first one right away and it is still working fine. I dont use much glue, as I had not purchased any in at least three years, and have not needed to crack open the other three. But for only $0.50 per stick, honestly, I was not really concerned about long-term shelf life of the product.

Answer:	I use these glue sticks to hold poster board patterns on stained glass when I cut it. Most often the paper pattern is destroyed when I remove it from the glass. In my case that's fine; because, I am done with the pattern after I cut the glass. I suspect that is not what you would want with your photos.

Question:	What would you use to remove or dissolve this glue
Answer:	Freeze it. they sell freezing products or dry ice. canned air works also if you turn the can upsidedown. Freeze the glue not the item. Then chip it off. Another way is to use paper towels and an iron or other heat source. Put the paper towels on the item and apply pressure. Get it really hot and keep it hot for a moment. Then quickly pull it away. Repeat it a couple times and it will get most of it. A little residue may be left.

Answer:	I have only used it on paper during school activities. I doubt that it would be strong enough to adhere to heavier tiles or glass. Even when it has been used to glue poster board together it comes apart easily after it dries.

Answer:	These glue sticks are made in China. Not all of our products are produced here in the U.S. This enables us to provide the highest possible quality at a reasonable cost for our consumers.
Question:	Can these glue sticks be used to stick cardstock to cardboard to make a care package
Answer:	I use these glue sticks to adhere postage stamps to envelopes and it works well. Your question could only be answered by knowing how heavy/thick/flimsy the cardboard and cardstock would be. May be better to purchase one glue stick and try it out or to contact Elmer's customer service website. My concern is the carstock going inside a regular box for mailing -- then should be ok If it is going as an outside wrapper to go through postal system I'd say questionable.
Question:	Can this hold plastic items made with a 3D Pen onto paper or cardstock
Answer:	No, the Elmer's Extra Strength Office Glue would not be able to bond plastic onto paper or cardstock. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Question:	Is the glue machine washable ? I’m looking for glue I can glue fabric patches onto my sons denim jeans
Answer:	Get fabric glue. I believe the glue sticks are for crafting.
Question:	Does this have a watertight seal type of bond or will it peal away (specifically on glass) as soon as it comes in contact with water
Answer:	It won't peel right away. I have used on projects (outdoor fairy houses) and it can seal and waterproof but eventually with heat, cold or water will peel off. Does the same for indoor eventually. It can last on some things for a long time but not others. Depending on what you are using it for, it may or may not work. Also, best to use small amounts and hold down (with a towel so you don't get burned) for it can peel before it adheres. Works best when glue gun super hot.

Answer:	It is a regular glue (not professional strength). Great for kids art projects, sealing envelopes, or whatever project in which you would use a little regular glue. It is less messy than liquid Elmers Glue, but I think a little weaker in hold strength.

Answer:	three and one-half inches long and one inch in diameter. Lots of glue for lots of things.

Answer:	I'm going to assume no.
Question:	do they come in a box? I'm buying to donate to my daughters school and I need them to be in a box
Answer:	They come in a single white Amazon Basics Box, very neatly packed in. I use them for 3D printing, but you should have no issue gifting to a class room.
Question:	Is it water soluble to use for basting fabrics and not gumming up your machine
Answer:	Personally, I would not use this for "basting"unless it's a small wall hanging. If machine is gumming that could be a real problem. Schmetz needles now come in a no stick line of different sizes. Have been quilting for quite a while. 505 spray does have a bit of smell. A very light spray works wonders for securing the batting to the fabric.. As a last suggestion, consider a very large/wide/long zig zag to secure pieces of batting or fabrics. (unless the machine only does straight stitch). This glue has been used on several different sewing projects and have been overall pleased.
Question:	Are these acid free
Answer:	Don't know. Am not using them on archival or historic items. Thjs glue is fast, easy and washes out easily. Acid free is pretty particular. I doubt acid free of any kind would be the same price as this glue stick.
