This isn't necessarily a vacuum chamber it is a desicator,not sure what exactly it is for but I drilled a hole in it added a threaded stem & it worked great for about 100 runs. It eventually emploded into a million pieces. Not exploded but emploded. For this reason I do not recommend if it is the superb erl you are after. Check out ebay they have awesome vacuum ovens. You will be stoked. For around 400-500$ stoked forever. |

| Answer: | Not dumb, but what happens with a solid broad arrow rest is that it has a tendency to deflect the arrow when you release, especially if the fletchings (feathers) hit the body of the bow. Arrow rests are designed to stand away from the riser of the bow and flex away if the arrow or fletchings hit them. That's why it's also a really good idea to set a 90 degree nock point with the little brass rings that clamp to your string, so that you are always shooting from the same position on your string. Even if you're an amateur shooter, it's a good idea to have an arrow rest and nock point on your bow so you don't send arrows bouncing off your bow when you shoot. Happy shooting! |

| Answer: | Hi! This is Mike from the Tech-Support staff. The quick answer is "yes", you can fill it the space-saver with nitrogen. There will be no issues with any of the parts of the desiccator. Please note, however, that this is a vacuum desiccator, and the tight seal between the top and bottom domes is achieved by the vacuum inside the chamber. Filling the unit with nitrogen will not allow the tight seal to be formed, so you can expect relatively quick leaking of the nitrogen. But as far as I know, all calculator rolls are standard in core diameter and width, and the length comes in 17 ft or 150 ft. If this calculator has a compartment for the paper roll inside of the case, you can order the 17 ft rolls (pack of 5 rolls) here on Amazon. (except for a specialty calculator I had once, still have in the drawer, b/c it is such a modern work of art) |
