| Answer: | The ink cartridges have been damaging the printers that use 902. If you buy online buyer beware. I bought supposedly the combo pack with all the colors and when it came to cyan, the printer said it wasn’t hp ink and would not allow me to print at that point. I had to put my used cartridge back into the printer. Hoping HP fixes it soon. I called HP they do not know when the issue will be fixed. I am just using a grey scale now only black until this issue is fixed and blotting the cyan cartridge once in a while to keep it from drying out. |
