Question:	I change passwords frequently. Easy to do? .. Hard to do? .. Number of changes limited? Also I don't see a comma or apostrophe. Are they there
Answer:	Changing passwords is very easy! Most annoying thing is characters that require the shift key, i.e. ! @ # etc., are shown in red on the keys. The power on/off button is red......I have turned off the unit multiple times by accidentally hitting the red power button.
Question:	How does the search function work? n the older version you have to scroll through all the entries. Is this how the newer version works
Answer:	It works well. In the VIEW section, just type in the first letter and it will show all with that letter. It is case sensitive.
Question:	If the batteries die is the information lost

Answer:	There is space for 3 entries per page.
Question:	How many spots per letter
Answer:	You do need a tape dispenser. This tape is good and strong. You can't tear it by hand, but you could cut it to length with scissors. If you have an old used dispenser laying around, you can use that. But this is high quality, heavy tape and really should be used with a dispenser. It's too heavy to be manually torn.
Question:	Any idea where these are manufactured
Answer:	Yes, the tape is a plastic and get recycled in the plastics container. Love this tape its sooooo strong.
Question:	I need address book and password all in one
Answer:	You may very well be correct. Just examined a package I bought recently. The flag is there but doesn't state where the tape is made anywhere on the label or inside the rolls. Very discouraging when we think we're supporting an American company and it's yet another import. I recently bought a blanket from "Native Ways" who use Native American models -- made and shipped direct from China.

Question:	I know that it will fit in a wallet, but will it survive in one
Answer:	It will survive in one within reason, meaning, you wouldn't want to sit directly on your wallet.
Question:	Can you store names and addresses on this device
Answer:	The device asks for 3 pieces of information: Description (anything up to 30 characters); Username (anything up to 64 characters) and Password (anything up to 32 characters). You can put whatever information you want in these fields such as PINs, security codes etc. If you wanted to put a name and address in one of these fields you would be able to do it. I once created an entry and added the number of where I parked at an airport. It certainly came in handy when I came back from my trip!
Question:	When the CR2016 batteries are changed are stored passwords lost
Answer:	You will not lose your passwords when the battery is changed. Information is stored in "non-volatile" memory which means your information is safe. You can take out the battery at any time and all information will be retained.
Question:	Does this lock in case it is lost
Answer:	You need a password to get into the device. That is the one you would set up and the only one you have to remember. Because it's not connected to the internet, nobody can put software hacking tools on the device. Also, because the information is encrypted, you can't get the information off the chip so your data is safe. There is a timeout feature so if you put the device down and forget to turn it off, it would automatically shut off. The default for the timeout is 60 seconds, however, you can adjust this up or down under the options menu.

Answer:	I use pencil because I change passwords constantly but I don’t think ink would bleed thru, paper is thick
