Answer:	We have had ours at the top of the stairs since our son was walking around 10 months he is currently 27 months and we still use it. We have really wide stairs and this was the only gate that anchored to the wall well and didn't seem flimsy. I think if you don't have it installed properly, don't lock the screen, or don't watch then it can be a problem. We always taught our son to not go near the stairs or push on the gate. It has helped to give us a piece of mind if he is playing up stairs, or wakes up in the middle of the night. I don't have to worry about him sleepily falling down the stairs. It has held him too when he's slipped on the floor and couldn't catch himself. Out of a lot of things I have bought for our son, this is one of the top 3 purchases for me!

Answer:	Yes, push down and turn the release knob on one side of the gate; then, with the same hand, pull and hook to implement the gate, or unhook and let the gate retract. When implementing, the gate automatically locks after hooking; when retracting, the gate automatically rolls back into itself. I have 2 one year old grandchildren, and 4 gates. Do the baby plus gate exercise often and easily.

Answer:	I had one fall off but reapplied and it worked. I did remove one and I used dawn and a little oil. Mixed it together and put it all around circle and just worked on it and it came off with no damage. The others are still on 2 yearsLater. My grandkids are still coming

Answer:	my pleasure, I am glad I can answer your questions. I had tons of questions when I was buying gates too. the knob only unlocks to allow you to pull the gate. If you stop pulling the gate out or it retracts back all the way it will automatically lock itself again and you will have to turn the knob. You very quickly get used to it. But in those moments when you are carrying a ton and accidentally stop pulling the gate open mid pull, you will have to turn the knob again. But all of this can be done one handed. I remember looking, I don't know if you can buy two mounting kits for one gate. I do remember that you can buy an extender kit to mount the side with the handle, this is for situations if your wall has trim or something that would make it not level. we were in this boat. We did not buy the extender kit, and maybe should have. But instead my husband just found two small pieces of wood so that the distance from the bottom two points was the same as the top two points. Answer:	No. I initially ordered the 32" and 24" pole with the corkscrew. The 32" wobbled and did not fit tightly but for some reason they designed the 24" pole differently and it fit great. I sent the 32" back and ordered a couple more 24". They work great!

Answer:	I was able to insert a 1/2 inch (exterior diameter) pole 20.5 inches into my Achla corkscrew base. A wider pole might go in less than that because of the base's tapered, pointy end. The pole that you're intending use should be 7/8" or less exterior diameter to be able to fit inside the Achla corkscrew base, which has an approximate 7/8" exterior diameter (my "unofficial" measurement). The Achla feeder poles have a wider end which is designed to fit over the 1 inch (exterior diameter) end of the Achla corkscrew base, not inserted into the base.

Avery model 5371 is a great solution for a small run of business cards and for keeping your print costs down. These cards are made from bright white card stock and are compatible with virtually any laser printer. Each package contains 25 sheets of letter size stock (8.5 by 11 inches), each with 10 2-by-3.5-inch cards per page, separated by finely perforated lines.

Answer:	You need to download a program to use this? You kiddin' me?? I can't just load the darn things into my HP, select business card production and print away? I need to GO GET A PROGRAM? FORGET IT!!!!!!

Answer:	The size is the same and I used the same template for printing. These are perforated very finely. The old ones were stuck on a back and had super clean edges. These are very good. If you want truly professional have them done at a printer. If you want flexibility and only a few cards these work well. I use them for my secondary business. The great thing is that you can print anything you want, and as few as you want.
Question:	Will this product work in / feed through an inkjet printer? Please advise. Thank you
Answer:	I have an HP officejet 4500 and the labels didn't consistently feed into the printer. I eventually printed them using a regular office copying machine.

Answer:	I have several of these plant stands in different heights. They are pretty heavy. I feel confident that they are solid iron because each leg ends in a “foot” that is created when the solid leg is still hot and is “hammered” or pressed into shape. I needed strong ones to hold my large bougainvillea pots on my balcony.

Answer:	Yes, thank you for calling the error to our attention! The top diameter is 12 inches, and it is 17+ at the base.
Question:	Are the cards heavy enough to use as postcards to mail directly without envelope
Answer:	I have the 24" tall stand and I have a potted plant in a thick clay pot that must weigh close to 100lbs after watering. I'm not an engineer, but the way the legs are made, it seems all the weight bears vertically down the cast iron legs and ring at the top seems to provide stability. This is because the legs are made of 2 long single lengths of iron that are bent and forged to create the legs. Other stands typically have 4 individual metal rods, each as a single leg, then welded at the top to a center ring, so the weight of a pot bears down on the top welding points on each leg (if that makes sense). On these stands, the legs are not welded, they are bent over so each leng of rod creates 2 legs when bent. Same construction for each size, so I suspect any of these can carry a very heavy loads (within reason).
Question:	Could a child color on these to send to friends? Is the material too photo type for crayons and markers
Answer:	I can't answer that as I bought it to hold a gazing ball which was steel not glass. It is very sturdy. Was a gift!

Question:	What is the difference between 8871 and 28877? I've used 8871 and often get jams running the cards through a second time to print on the back
Answer:	I bought this as a replacement for a bird bath set my mother had. This was a bowl identical to the one that broke. It is a wire/metal stand that sticks in the ground.

Answer:	The bowl is nice and smooth and very easy to clean. The color is beautiful and I usually just give it a quick rinse with the hose and then refill it.
