Answer:	On a premade name tag take the small metal bar which has double stick tape you pull off the white tape protector and stick it to the back of the name tag if the pre-made name tag comes with a pin hasp on the back of it you'll need to remove it then make sure that the back of the name tag is smooth and clean then stick the little crom bar on the back of the name tag by removing the clear plastic tape protector and stick it to the back of the name tag but first clean off the back of the name tag with some type of cleaner alcohol or acetone make sure whatever you're going to clean the back of the name tag will not melt the plastic so tested it in a little corner of the nametag magnets will go on the inside of the shirt pocket or on the inside of the coat pocket or where ever garment you're going to use the magnets are very strong this way you don't have any more pin holes in your jacket or in any type of garment you're going to use I hope you understood that thank you Richard these two thank you Richard

Answer:	No, the name badge sheets arrive blank. The logo was for illustration purposes to show what you can do with your printer.

Answer:	There is no circular template. If you cut the plastic holder into a round design, you wouldn't have any of the edges sealed and the name plate would fall out.

Answer:	Yes, just peel off the strip of paper and attach. The adhesive is very strong. I have also attached them to plastic and metal. So far I have not had one to come off.
Question:	So these could be used to stick the metal plate to something and sticking the magnet on another thing amd locking both things in place
Answer:	These magnets are normally used for company employee name tags. One magnet has a sticky side and you peel the paper off and stick that side on to the back of your name tag. Then you place your name tag on the outer upper right or left side of your shirt. The plain magnet goes inside your shirt behind the other magnet on the back side of your name tag to hold it in place. Normally, there is a pin on the back of the name tag so you can pin it to your shirt but, the magnets eliminate having to make holes in your clothing.
